Seibertron's Japan correspondent
Matt from Japan has just picked up the recently released Transformers Adventures
TAV 35 Autobots VS Decepticons set, which should be shipping out now from online retailers. He found this set of four legion class figures at Toysrus for ¥3,499 (which is 29$ US for all four and 7.25$ US each which is the
SAME price the Hasbro counterparts sell for in the west). This set includes the Takara versions of Robots in Disguise legion class Optimus, Underbite, Grimlock and Steeljaw.
What is most bizarre though is that at first it seemed like you had to stick those app stickers yourself. There are molded indents on the figures and the faction symbols are found on a separate sheet.
This is what Matt has to say:
While each figure clearly has a space for a faction symbol sticker, they are not stickers at all. The faction symbols are printed on the paper and meant to be scanned individually. The instructions also say nothing about stickers. Guess you gotta get your own?
Matt from Japan
Curiouser and curiouser. In any case, enjoy the photos Matt sent us!

Fellow Seibertronians, yours truly has spotted the new wave of 1-step changers, featuring Springload, Quillfire, and the new Bumblebee mold at Walmart! This image only shows the Bee mold and the Quillfire figure, but Springload was present and was picked up by said member before this picture was taken. So head on out to your local Walmart's and begin to look as these guys are bound to show up en masse soon!
Still on the Robots in Disguise topic, our very own Scotty P found 3-Step Thunderhoof/Blizzard Strike Drift at US retail. They were found at Toysrus in Raleigh NC for $22.99 each.

The last we really heard from Loyal Subjects was all the way back in June, with the
SDCC 2015 poster of their waves (upcoming and gone). Fellow Seibertronian
xRotorstormx now gives us a sighting of the latter end of wave 3, which includes orange G2 Constructicons, Red Mirage, White Sunstreaker, Marlboor Wheeljack and Blue Swoop from the Hot Topic in Jackson, Michigan, as announced in late November by the company itself on
Twitter. If you're still in the market for these, now is the time to head out there it seems! Happy hunting.

Robots in Disguise fans looking for new Mini-Cons will be happy to note that the 1st wave of Mini-Con Battle Packs have been found at retail. Sideswipe comes with Anvil while Optimus Prime comes with Bludgeon and each contains translucent pieces which can attach to Optimus Prime and Sideswipe as armor or combine into a larger weapon. These were found at Toys R Us in Westland, MI for $14.99 each by Seibertron Podcaster
Tigertrack. Interesting to note that in the
Official Images, Bludgeon was referred to as Doomitron.

There's no doubt that some Seibertronians are going to be out and about doing some holiday shopping over the next week and a half. If you've got a young Rescue Bots fan on your list to tide over next week, it looks like the current is in your favor as the Transformers: Rescue Bots Epic Figure, High Tide, is out at US retail. This was found by yours truly yesterday at a Target store in Raleigh, NC for the oddball price of $10.19.
These non-transforming figures aren't widely sought by collectors, but they interact with other Playskool heroes figures and accessories, so this may be a fun addition for the young fan in your life. Don't forget to
contact our news team when you see sightings that haven't hit our front page yet, and as always keep your browser anchored here to Seibertron.com for all the latest.

Fellow Seibertronian Mindmaster has spotted the Combiner Wars Bruticus Wave (2016 Wave 1) at Target.
Only Vortex and Blast Off were found but this is definitely a sign that this wave is making its way across the US. Let your fellow fan friends know in your
respective sightings thread if ever you spot them in your area!

They never really made it to the US, but the rest of the world was able to get both the Transformers: Robots in Disguise Hero Mashers and Kre-O Custom Kreons a long long time ago. Now, thanks to a sighting by
ScottyP, and a follow-up by
Seibertron, we finally have a report of them showing up for all your building bot needs! If you come across any new toys, make sure to flag them up in the
Sightings section and
forums, as always, too.
ScottyP wrote:These have finally come out in the US. Found first wave at a TJ Maxx in Raleigh, NC today. Sideswipe also there and not pictured, was up in the checkout lane and not back with these others. Bumblebee, Steeljaw, and Sideswipe are first wave of them. $5.99 each.
These were released in the rest of the world ages ago, but they were never available online or at brick and mortar in the US previously.
Seibertron wrote:Thanks to Scott's tip from earlier, I found this little gem at a TJ Maxx in Mount prospect il. Same story as hero mashers if I understand correctly.

We have a new Transformers Rescue Bots sighting coming at you from Mount Prospect, IL. Chase and Blades were found at a Walmart there by Seibertron. We actually got our
first look at these guys a few months ago on the Hasbro website. If you are in need of a new Rescue Bots toy fix then it wouldn't hurt to head on down to your local Walmart and see if these guys are in stock. If you have a new toy sighting then use the
Contact Us link at the top right hand corner and let us know so we can spread the word.
