With no official word from Takaratomy about Masterpiece Cliffjumper, this next story should be taken with a grain of salt.
The Japanese Transformers fan blog Autobase Aichi has reported on news that was originally found on Chinese social media, that of a comparison between the potential Masterpiece Cliffjumper figure, and the figure it shares parts with, MP-45 Bumblebee.
Check out the images below:
What do you think of this? Is this the Masterpiece Cliffjumper you wanted?

We had seen images of a still to be revealed MP Cliffjumper in green plastic as a test figure and properly coloured for vehicle mode. Well now we see a coloured sample of his robot mode. This is painted as is the case with many samples and we are still unaware of whether or not it will be entirely painted plastic or red plastic in the end, or even if this toy will be made for any of us to buy. But still, we wanted to share the images of the process. We rarely get to follow a toy's journey like this so let's savour it. While the alt mode looks full of gaps, this is still the test phase, so it's the time to iron out issues. What we notice here is that it is a different face from the one we saw before (also below) so it could be that this is one of the other faces this figure comes with. the chest does appear to be mistransformed, you can also compare that to the unpainted sample.
Well, Transformers fans, it looks like we are going to have a big reveal this coming week! The Transformers official Facebook page has posted that on Friday, the Transformers team at Hasbro will be doing a Fan First Friday streaming event on their YouTube channel. This isn't anything unusual- they've been doing FFF and Transformers Tuesday events all year- but it looks like we're going to get something pretty big revealed. Given their use of the phrase "Let's say go!" in the post, it seems they're going to reveal the HasLab Transformers: Victory project that was teased several weeks back. Seeing as how that was Autobot Supreme Commander Star Saber's catchphrase in the Victory cartoon, it's highly likely that we'll be seeing a reveal of a Star Saber figure in a few days.
While their post is by no means a confirmation of a Star Saber figure, it's hard not to speculate that it will be a new version of the Fan favorite Autobot. If it turns out to be true, this would also be the first transforming version of Star Saber released in the U.S. market; his previous G1 and Masterpiece figures were only released in Japan, as was the Victory cartoon (though the MP was available from online e-tailers in the US).
So are you pumped to see what the big reveal is? Hoping to see what the remaining Kingdom figures are going to be? There's only one way to find out, and that's to tune in this Friday at 11am ET on Pulse's YouTube channel. See you all then!

Thanks to our own D-Maximal_Primal, we've been alerted to a post from Autobase Aichi on Facebook. A reliable source in the past, they revealed a single picture each of Masterpiece figures, those of Crosscut (a redeco of MP Reboost), and Nightbird,a retool and redeco of MP Arcee.
Crosscut was originally released as a redeco and retool of G1 Skids in 2002, in a set with G1 Road Rage. This reveal shows him to be a faithful update to that figure, with the Diaclone style head that Reboost has.
We also have a clearer image of the upcoming MP-55 Nightbird. She's wielding a sword which has its origin with Generations Arcee from 2014. Takara did their own version of Nightbird from that mold, and while including its own sai weapons, it also included yellow versions of Generations Arcee's swords, which this Masterpiece version recreates here.
While there's no word on when they're going to be released, it's nice to see more images of these figures, especially Crosscut, who most people figured would be the natural first retool of MP Skids.
So what do you think of these two, Seibertronians? Excited to add another couple of Masterpiece figures to your collection? Let us know what you think of these two below, and stay tuned for all the latest news and reviews!
Thanks to a heads up from Seibertronian Mindmaster, we can share with you what appears to be the rumored-to-be-upcoming redeco and retool of Kingdom Tracks, his mold-mate Road Rage! Coming from DaimChoc Reports on Facebook, Road Rage appears to be a straight redeco of Tracks with a new head based on her Masterpiece figure.
The original Road Rage figure and character were created in 2002 as the first addition to G1 characters since the original series ended in the early 90s. She was a red redeco of the Tracks figure, and released in a two-pack with Crosscut, a redeco of G1 Skids.
It's rumored that she's going to be an addition to the Kingdom line, though in what capacity and released through what channel is still to be determined, should this seemingly credible rumor be officially confirmed. Though, with Leader Class T-Wrecks being released at Australian retail, despite no announcement from Hasbro, don't be surprised if Road Rage shows up somewhere out of the blue with no official announcement.
What do you think, Seibertronians? Are you excited for a potential new Road Rage figure? How does she compare to Tracks for you? Let us know in the comments below!
Thanks to Seibertronian Sabrblade alerting us to this news, we have new Masterpiece news to share with you! TFW2005 boards member masabon has shared a photo of two upcoming figures from the latest Generations book, which was released yesterday in Japan. In that photo, we can see a grey prototype of Masterpiece Skyfire (or possibly called Jetfire) standing next to MP-10 Optimus Prime, showing that he'll be the biggest Masterpiece figure to date....
...possibly, until Masterpiece Raiden is released! First teased back in late 2019, this is the first image of the 'bot that turns into the upper torso of Raiden, a G1 Japanese-only combiner. Raiden has a similar origin as Devastator, being a redecoed and slightly retooled version of a Diaclone group of toys (though these turned into trains rather than construction vehicles). This image of Shouki is only a render so far, rather than a physical prototype model of the Trainbot leader. This does prove, however, that the first Masterpiece combiner is coming along, though how soon until we see a physical model of Shouki (or any other Trainbot) is anyone's guess.
Additionally, given the stark size difference in the very cartoon-accurate Skyfire to MP-10, could we see the first Masterpiece figure that crosses the $500 price barrier? Until we know anything about a release date for him, it's hard to tell.
What do you think of this new image? Are you excited for either release? Going to stick with Commander Class Siege Jetfire in your collection? Let us know what you think below!
Greetings Seibertronians! It was inevitable, but thanks to fellow Seibertron user, Powered Convoy, and Facebook page, DaimChoc Reports, we have the first look at one of Starscream's fellow seekers, Thundercracker!
While we don't have any official confirmation on this seeker's release, we all knew that after the reveal of MP-52 Starscream that the rest of the repaints would follow.
Accessories wise, Thundercracker appears to come with some blast effects, three different facial expressions and his guns. There's also another piece that is hard to make out at the moment, though it could just be a flight stand adaptor.
Written across the image is the date 1.14 which could mean that we will be learning more about Thundercracker next week.
Will you be putting money down for Thundercracker? Are you holding out for Skywarp or any of the other rainbow coloured seekers? Let us know in the Energon Pub and stay tuned to Seibertron for all the latest news and reviews!
Greetings Seibertronians! Fellow Seibertron user, CyclonusG1, has let us know that our first possible look at how the forthcoming Transformers Masterpiece Starscream ver 2.0 will look when it enters production! The low res image was shared by Kapow Toys Facebook page.
We still have no details about what accessories he'll come with or his price. However if this image is legitimate then we could be getting more information soon.
Will you be getting this new animation accurate Starscream? Will you be getting the inevitable Thundercracker and Skywarp repaints? Or are you happy with MP 03 or MP 11? Let us know in the Energon Pub and stay tuned to Seibertron for all the latest news and reviews!
We have two pieces of Transformers WFC Kingdom news for you today. Firstly, Ton Ton's review of deluxe Blackarachnia came out. While some are equating this to a budget masterpiece, it can also look like your standard deluxe with your standard amount of paint and a beast mode that looks worse than the Masterpiece version. You'll let us know which way you gravitate when describing the figure.
We also have what could be our first glimpse at the Titan Class ark toy that will be released in the Kingdom line. We see it in ark mode and we see Teletraan 1. The image comes from Marco Madrys.
We thank fellow seibertronians Wonko-the-sane, Sabrblade, Dominus Prime and Sol magnus for informing us of these two awesome pieces of news.
There are some new listings found by a Target employee. Most have to do with the Kingdom series, which is the third part of the Transformers War for Cybertron trilogy, and the one that will bring back Beast Wars. While some of these were leaked before, we now have actual listings from the Target database. Now, not all may be accurate. For instance, we have a voyager Prime which conflicts with the rumours of a voyager Primal coming out. Or maybe we will get both, who knows? Also, not shown below is a new rumour of Ultra Magnus. There is no listing or proof of this yet, but the rumour is that there will be a new Ultra Magnus coming, based of the Siege mold, with some remolding. The images of the Target listings are provided by Notomus who posted them on the TFW boards.
Here are the listings thought to be for the Kingdom line:
Here are additonal listings that would most probably appear in Studio Series though it is unclear which is for the 86 movie line and which is for the Bayverse:
Transformes Hot Rod
Transformers Kup
Transformers Jazz
Transformers Astrotrain
Transformers Jolt
Transformers Dino
Transformers Sideswipe
Transformers Bumblebee
Transformers Grimlock
Finally, there was also a listing for a new Masterpiece Bumblebee, all that we have is the price point of $79.90.
