Back in January we
reported that Scalextric would be releasing a slot car set in the United Kingdom based on the upcoming
Transformers Movie. Not much was know about the set until now.

Transformers Movie in the Philippines. Solar-United International Pictures is the official
Transformers Movie distributor in the Philippines. The
Transformers Movie will open in Philippine Theaters on June 28, 2007!

Santa Monica, CA - April 6, 2007 - Legendary voice actors Peter Cullen and Frank Welker, the original voices of OPTIMUS PRIME and MEGATRON from the first TRANSFORMERS animated series, are set to star as the lead characters in TRANSFORMERS: The Game, from Activision, Inc. Transformers Movie Preview figures of
Protoform Optimus Prime and
Protoform Starscream are due to be released in the United States on May 2nd. But according to
Megatron of the Israeli Transformers Forum, the figures have been released. He picked both figures up Herzelia, Israel.

Recently we reported
here that Scalextric would be releasing a slot car set based on the upcoming
Transformers Movie in the United Kingdom. At that time not much was known about the set. Now new information about the set has come out of UK Toyfair. Break of
Transformers @ The Moon reported the following:
"I went to the UK Toyfair too and the scalextric set was there but was 'hidden' in a secret room on the Hornby stand apparently by Hasbro's request. The set features Bumblebee and Barricade and the figures/cars are very similar to the old scalextric set of the 80's as in they flip up to robot mode but can carry on racing. The Hornby rep. said there were plans for other sets (featuring other characters) depending on the films success. The secret room was decked out with pictures of Bumblebee & Barricade on the walls and they really looked impressive. Someone also commented on how amazing the 'bots look in the film."

As many may or may not know the United Kingdom has had a Toyfair. Not a lot of news came out at the event, however, there was some. Most of the news comes from Hasbro displays at the event that contained information about the upcoming
Transformers Movie toys. Information about Transformers Movie Leader figures was revealed. Here is what was printed
"All toys come with lights and sounds to bring the action to life! Also has advanced automorph technology that moves multiple pieces when 1 piece is moved. Features Try-Me packaging."

Recently we reported
here that Shia Labeouf, who plays Sam Witwicky in the
Transformers Movie, had participated in an interview with Total Film Magazine. Now Total Film Magazine is making more news. In Total Film Magazine Issue #125 it has been anounced that the magazine is offering a free version of United Kingdom

Transformers Movie has been making a lot entertainment lists. JWT, the largest advertising agency in the United States, has released there of list titled Seventy Things to Watch in 2007. The only movie to make this list is the
