Through the big re-set last week, and hub bub of not having any news or login capabilities something got a little overlooked.

Toyfare #126 hit the shelves and released information on the year 2008.

Pg. 66 has a half page dedication to CLASSICs 2.0, with pics of Dreamwave art of the G1 Farelady brothers Prowl and Bluestreak.

In the article, which is an interview with HASBRO SENIOR BOYS TOYS DESIGNER Bill Rawley, Sunstreaker (yellow lambo), and Prowl (black and white cop car) are revealed to be confirmed.

He also mentions, "...a triple changer, a tank, and some other classic characters."

"We can't have five cars in a wave, so we try to mix it up a bit and offer more of a variety."

In Wave 2, if a mold is re-used, "...I'll try to throw a new head sculpt or change up the way the vehicle transforms in order to give it a new look."

A letter in the Toy fare letters column also asked:

"Are 6-inch Titanium War Within Prowl and War Within Grimlock due for release any time in the near future?"

HASBRO PR- Paula Wash said, "We are not planning to release these versions."

A sad day for those of us who wanted to see the Titanium line end on a real positive high note, and also to have a few more figures added to the highly desired War Within figure collection, which is far too small as it is.

There is an existing thread about Prowl being a new CLASSIC already here.

Thanks to all the different sources for the information. Hope we got everyone.

I just received a message from one of our friends at USA Today:

"I wanted to let Seibertron.com know that we have a gallery of 10 original Transformers that fans can vote on to send a message to the studio about who they'd like to see in a second movie. Figured this would be up your alley!

There's a giant Devastator image on the front page of our Life page online:

http://www.usatoday.com/life/default.htm

I'd be curious to hear who you'd like to see!"

You can vote for which Transformer you'd like to see in the sequel by visiting the link below:

http://www.usatoday.com/life/movies/news/2007-07-18-Transformers_N.htm

Let your voice be heard! Vote here: http://www.usatoday.com/life/movies/news/2007-07-18-Transformers_N.htm

______________________UPDATE________________________________

UPDATE! Wheeljack35 gives us the heads up, the poll is complete, and the winner with an unconvincing 20% of the vote, was...

Soundwave.

Devastator and Grimlock each received 16% of the vote, Jetfire 11%, Ultra Magnus 9%, and Shockwave 9%.

Here's the link for the results page on the USA Today website.

Happy or sad about the vote? Obviously, we are a community that has many different tastes. It was really great of them to make that poll and give us some say in the process. The fact that there was no run away winner, shows just how many great characters there are, and that they have numerous options for the next movies.

Users can now go to Sector7.org and use the previously known passcode, fwiffo, to access some new video clips. Below are directions posted by Seibertron.com member 009 on how to access the clips:

Security Array 3 is now viewable.

The red harddrive that had the new trailer now runs something called "N.B.E. Evidence Logs" consisting of two short videos featuring CGI G1 Transformers in alternate modes running amok. The first video features the Dinobot Commander GRIMLOCK, the second features an unknown Transformer and the 3rd features the Insecticon KICKBACK.

Two of the three harddrive to the right are now open. The top one has the trailer, the second shows a bit of "Operation Seek and Destroy" which is more of those surveillance videos from the site's first incarnation, and the third is still closed.

Toyfare #115 features a five page article about the upcoming Transformers Movie. In the article the movie writers Alex Kurtzman and Robert Orci are asked several questions about the movie and other issues.

That's not all. Action Master Prowl is mentioned in the short article named "Cheesy Rider". The article is about some of the "most bizarro bikers in toy history".

Also Classics Grimlock is Toyfare's "Top 10 Hottest Action Figures" at number 8.

So if you are heading by the news stand you may want to pick up this issue of Toyfare.

WildFur Productions, the company run by Simon Furman and Andrew Wildman, has updated their newspage once again. The text below has been taken directly from their site.

"EXCLUSIVE BOOKPLATED DARK AGES TRADE ON TFAUCTIONS
At this year's Auto Assembly, Wildfur Productions unveiled ultra-limited, signed (by Simon Furman and Andrew Wildman) and bookplated editions of Transformers: War Within - The Dark Ages (trade paperback), which were duly snapped up like hot cakes on a cold winter's day. But, cunning entrepreneurs that we are, we kept back one or two copies to sell at a later date. Well, that later date has arrived, and one of these ultra-rare (signed/numbered/bookplated) trades is now up on the TFAuctions site, awaiting your consideration. What are still doing here, reading this? Get bidding before it's going, going, gone!

REVISTING... BEAST WARS
It seems everyone's chomping at the bit for more details on the upcoming (starting in February '06) four-issue Beast Wars limited series, 'The Gathering.' Well, we can confirm that the comic will definitely tie into the established TV series continuity, and in fact wraps itself around events circa the season three episode, 'Changing of the Guard.' But, curiously, the new cast (of non-TV show toy characters) are set never to actually meet their TV cousins. How is this possible, you ask? Well, let's just say that Magmatron, the villain of the piece, wants to do his dirty deeds on prehistoric Earth and begone, without so much as a ripple in time and space. Just wait and see how he manages that! What else can we reveal? How about the return of Ravage (in a kick-ass new Transmetal body), the mystery of the 'mutants' and the debut (in Beast Wars) of G1 Grimlock and Prowl? We spoil you, we really do. For more information go to www.idwpublishing.com

REVISITING... DEATH'S HEAD
Or, more literally, recreating Death's Head. For anyone who's been living under a rock for the past few months, Death's Head is back, in the pages of Marvel's Amazing Fantasy. The five-part 'Unnatural Selection storyline runs in issues #16-20 of that title, and features the return of A.I.M. (Advanced Idea Mechanics) and the recreation of Death's Head. Sadly, it's not everyone's favourite bounty-hunter (yes?) from the original comics and the UK Transformers continuity, or even the upgraded Minion version from Death's Head II (despite the A.I.M. connection), but a whole new character with a whole new set of (lethal) quirks. However, we're not ruling out the odd Death's Head lineage link or two, and it might be worth looking at this as less of a sequel and more of a prequel! Nuff said! The new Death's Head also ties into major events happening the larger Marvel Universe right now. The series kicks off this month, don't miss it. For more information go to www.marvel.com

WATCH OUT FOR...
Coming soon... updates/news on the Transformers (IDW) summer 'event' storyline, another Furman-penned series for Marvel and an incredible new UK-originated Transformers project, so secret that if we told you, we'd have to shoot you all! To know what's what, before others do, sign up for our advance newsletter here. You know it makes sense.
