By way of Seibertronian itscramtastic we have found that it looks like Walmart wasn't the only one to do a sale for Transformers: Titans Return Leader class Sixshot, Amazon is another store offering a deal for this Decepticon six changer! He is one of the three Decepticon Phase-Sixers (if you follow the IDW comics) produced for the wave along with Overlord and Skyshadow. Right now he is marked down to $25.09 USD as well like the offer on Walmart's end. If you got the funds and the shelf space, while ultimately lacking the figure, go ahead and snag him up before you cannot get him! More sales will most likely be oncoming here as suppliers will need to clear out room for the Power of the Primes line here. Click the image of Sixshot below to head to Amazon to snag 'em.

By way of FURY413, we have learned that store chain Meijer has created a new sale this week for another Buy One, Get One 50% off when it comes to select Transformers for its stores this week. This BOGO ad is running through November 12th to November 18th, so it is best to hurry while you still can and of course while supplies last! You can see their weekly circular for other information about their other sales. With the holiday season here this will be presumably the first of many sales this year up until the New Year in any case of anyone missing out on this one. We have reported once already on the Transformers Titans Return leader class figure Sixshot - the first full six-changer in this new plastic world - and its propensity for lower prices than its initial release; you can check out that story here!

Well, that trend does not seem to want to stop, as fellow Seibertronian Optimutt lets us know from Walmart stores and their clearance sales: Titans Return Sixshot is currently available for the silly low price of $25.06 USD! If you ever missed your chance at picking up the wolf/tank/ship/armored car/submarine (totally not an upside down gun) which also turns into a robot in its spare time, and its Titan Master partner Decepticon Revolver (like the gu-- submarine), this may the be the last call before the upcoming holiday period!

I don't know if this counts as a sighting, but WalMart has got Leader Class Hasbro Sixshot on a clearance sale of the REALLY low price of $25.09.

It might be worth getting hold of now, if you missed him earlier.

Takara Tomy Transformers Legends Grand Maximus Did Not Reach 3000 Limit for Pretender Shell

Today comes with some sad news for some of those who were interested in the new Takara Legends Grand Maximus. As you may remember, about a week ago the 2000 Limit to start prodcution was achieved, though the 3000 pre-order limit for the Pretender shell had not been achieved. Well, we have word this morning that Takara Tomy Mall is no longer accepting pre-orders towards that goal, and the decision has been made that the pretender shell will not be made. While this is a bummer to those who were excited to have a modern Grand Maximus with a pretender shell, the 2000 limit was reached, so the figure will still be made. At this point in time, there is to be no price reduction since the pretender shell will not be included. You can check out the announcement from Takara Tomy Mall below, courtesy of Autobase Aichi on Twitter. The rough translation simply says that the 3000 limit for the shell was not reached, but enough pre-orders came in to start production.

Thanks to a heads up from DeathReviews, we have word that all 3 Phase Sixers are now available at Hasbro Toy Shop! Titans Return Leader class Sixshot and Sky Shadow have had listings on Hasbro Toy Shop for a while now, but have been repeatedly in and out of stock, and now both figures are currently available. Overlord, however, is brand new to the shop, and is currently in stock! All 3 figures are available for $44.99, which is just shy of the $49 free shipping limit. However, if you would buy more than 1 of the Decepticon leader class figures, or if you would add even a single Titan Master, you would qualify for the free shipping.

As a reminder, Sixshot is the Decepticon 6-changer who can assume a robot, wolf, car, tank, jet and gunsubmarine mode. Sky Shadow was Japanese gangster pretender from G1 whose shell and inner robot mode have been fused together for his modern non-pretender figure. Overlord was the giant Decepticon leader from Super God Masterforce, and this is his first mass release toy in the states.

Fellow Seibertronian d-maximus_Prime has pointed us to an article on CNN's Money Section, regarding Toys "R" Us' bankruptcy, and how it's expected to affect toy sales this Christmas shopping season. Hasbro's CFO, Deborah Thomas, said that while 3rd quarter sales and profits were above forecasts, 4th quarter sales were now expected to be only slightly higher than last year, which is a significant drop from where they had been expected to be.

We have news that Target in the U.S. is running a toy sale. Using their Cartwheel app, the coupons (shown below) will give you $10 off a $50 purchase or more, or $25 off a $100 purchase. Additionally, this sale is available online at Target.com (where the discount will automatically be applied once qualifying items are in your cart), and there are even coupons available in the circular advertisements available with most Sunday edition newspapers or direct mail.

One other sale of note is a Cartwheel coupon that offers a $5 Target gift card if you purchase $30 or more from their Halloween shop (also pictured below). So dress your kids up like Hot Rod, Bumblebee or Optimus, and hey- free $5 gift card.

Toys'R'Us AU - Sale until October 10th

I was at ToysRUs today and saw that they had a few items on sale, and checked out their website for the current catalogue... it's only three Transformers items though (on page 14).

Allspark Tech - $30 (save $5)
Allspark Tech starter pack - $60 (save $10)
Leader - $80 (save $10) (the current Kmart sale has them for $65, so it is best to get TRU to price match that lower price on the Kmart website)



Also, the website notes that they currently have 25% off their clearance items, so if your store has any older Transformers items with clearance tags, you can get an extra 25% off the price (probably some conditions on the website).

Target AU - Sale until October 11

The current Target toy sale catalogue has four Transformers items on sale, and it ends October 11th.

Transformers: The Last Knight Now Available in Stores, Target Exclusive DVD Includes Combiner Wars Series

Thanks to alerts from Seibertronian Soundwave-Superior and Scottimus Prime Toy Hunter, we have several news to share with you regarding Transformers: The Last Knight.

The first bit of news to mention is that Transformers: The Last Knight is available on DVD and BluRay today at retail, as shown by images taken by Scottimus Prime below.

The second piece of news, and one that is very interesting, is that the Target exclusive DVD release of The Last Knight includes the Machinima Combiner Wars Series! This is quite the unexpected surprise, though fans of the Machinima Combiner Wars series will enjoy the news that the series is making it to DVD in some fashion. You can find the whole article HERE.

Some very cool news for Transformers fans today! Not only is Michael Bay‘s Transformers: The Last Knight now available on Blu-ray and DVD, one special bonus feature is going to include an excellent animated series. The catch is that it’s only going to appear in one particular place.

Through a deal with Hasbro, Paramount, and Target, Machinima’s Transformers: Combiner Wars animated series, which garnered more than 125 million views worldwide when it was released on go90 last year, will be available as an extra feature on the bonus disc for Transformers: The Last Knight DVDs sold at Target, available now.

The bonus feature is part of the lead-up to the launch of the second part of the Combiner Wars saga, Transformers: Titans Return, which debuts on November 14th and welcomes Peter Cullen, Wil Wheaton, Judd Nelson, and others to the voice talent.

Thanks to an email from HasbroToyShop, we have news that the shop is currently offering 20% off all figures that are classified as playsets. This deal applies to several transformers products, chief among them Titan Class Trypticon, who is currently not in stock but may come back in stock during the deal time. There are various Rescue Bots products also included in the deal. The deal runs through September 24, so hurry up and see if there are any playset figures that you would like to pick up on a deal!
