It does look nice folks. Head over to take a look. (TFCC has politely requested that the pictures remain only on their site for the time being.)
Remember, posting the preview picture elsewhere is not permitted on this site and will result in a warning or banning from this site as well as possible forfeiture of your club membership.
Just a heads up for those who aren't aware...

The third and final story in the TFCC's Transtech/Axiom Nexus storyline involves a fiction written by Greg Sepelek, and S. Trent Troop:
"The Official Transformers Collectors Club is excited to present the final installment from its trilogy of TransTech illustrated short stories by Greg Sepelak and S.Trent Troop. Noted Transformers comic artist Nick Roche illustrates this members-only tale with colors by Winston Bolen. I, Lowtech is the third text story set in the teeming TransTech Metropolis known as Axiom Nexus and serves as a follow-up to the previous two stories: Gone Too Far and Withered Hope. I, Lowtech also offers a glimpse into the final hours of the current Transcendent storyline which concludes this November.
Something horrible has happened in the depths of Axiom Nexus. Bulletbike, a member of the TransTech elite, has had his life stolen from him. His fevered climb to regain his position will take him from the lowest of the Offworld Zones to the heights of TransTech society amid mystery, madness and murder. You will see the rise and fall through his optics as his one-Transformer struggle against his faceless enemy brings him into contact with beggars, thieves, smugglers and a seemingly unstoppable killer.
I, Lowtech"
The whole story is available for club members to download
here after signing in.
With some accompanying images by Nick Roche to set the mood, this story is a great companion piece to the fiction that the club has released to date.
And while you are there, don't forget to pick up you free desktop wallpapers!

Yes, it's true.
The artists for the official
Transformers Collectors Club appear to have given away the final piece of the club membership exclusive combiner.
A few of our sharp-eyed community members,
metalogan and
Jason, pointed out this recurring character image in two recent releases of TF art by the collector's club.
POSSIBLE SPOILERS BELOW!!!
The first is the
Shattered Universe Timelines cover that we just saw in the
news is to be released in November of this year.
The second is from a piece of art that only club members have access to at this point. The piece is the desktop art for the 'Shattered Universe' Decepticons.
Obviously both are similar images, but not the same, although they do feature similar characters.
For your viewing pleasure...the evidence cut from the original images.
Timelines Cover
Wallpaper Art
This appears to be a blue and red repaint of the Energon Barricade mold. Now we have no details as to a name for this figure, but we seem to have confirmation of what it will look like. We also know from previous conventions that the combiner head will be remolded for this final piece to the member's exclusive.
And it also appears that our combiner bots currently taking refuge in the Transtech universe, will be moving into the Shattered Universe at some point soon, based on this character's inclusion in two pieces of 'Shattered Glass' Decepticon art.
All clues seem to point to a heroic Decepticon Barricade to bring the bots together and help them achieve their true potential...or not? It looks like the TFCC chose wisely for the torso piece of our membership exclusive, if they did indeed choose the
Energon Barricade mold, the most solid of the three Energon torsos.

The update from the club:
: |
Hello everyone! We have completed and tested step 1 of the new store system with the pre-order module.
We are now working on step 2 of changing our credit card processing company. This should be completed very soon.
This new company should be able to handle a large volume of orders being placed at the same time. As soon as we have this piece in place, we will put up Nightbeat and the Seacons. We know the volume of orders will be high in a short amount of time and we don't want the system to crash. In addition, this new company should also fix the problem some international members were having with credit cards going through. As soon as Nightbeat and the Seacons are put in the store, I will email everyone. This has not affected the shipping of these products. |
Sounds like very soon, and of course the e-mail alert from Brian will come when it is ready.
Also of note the club has many pre-orders available for Universe amd Animated items, and some of these items are in stock. Animated Blitzwing, Universe Galvatron, and Universe Acid Storm were IN STOCK, but have quickly sold out.
You can visit the Club Store and have a look for yourself.

After a four year wait (the set being originally announced in the summer of 2004), these figures will finally be released via the Club's site at the end of this summer.
