We had good coverage of what was revealed at the MCM London Comic Con thanks to twitter user @GrantWhiteTZ who took images of the panel.
For Cyberverse, the armour gimmick is going to be popping up for more size classes including Ultra (voyager size) and Ultimate (leader size). They revealed:
- Transformers Cyberverse 2020 Wave 1 Ultra Class which includes Hot Rod, Bumblebee and Clobber, the character based off of Lugnut's design, she turns into a tank.
- Transformers Cyberverse 2020 Wave 1 Ultimate Class Shockwave and Optimus Prime.
For BotBots, they revealed:
- New Gold painted Botbots which are said to be hard to find. This should be similar to chase figures in other blind bag sets.
-Transformers Botbots Gumball Machine Surprise which is a new way to distribute the blind packaged Bot Bots.
For Earthrise, we have a new faction called the Mercenaries.
For Studio Series, they just showed the same Devastator art we saw a long time ago. But of course, a complete Devastator was on the show floor, thought not in final colours for two components.
The big question on all movie Constructicon fans were, what will Overload look like? Well, we might know now, maybe. MCM London Comiccon 2019 is underway and Hasbro are attending with their own reveals, just for the Brits, and one of them is a fully combined Devastator made up of the actual toys. The two yet to be revealed are Scrapper and Overload and here they are in blue prototype plastic and heavily mistransformed. Devastator is standing rather upright, for one. Still, this is our first look at the toys and we will probably get a better look as more pics come from the show. These were from Powerglide1991 who posted them on the TFW2005 boards.
We here at Seibertron have received official word of where Hasbro will be appearing at upcoming conventions across the U.K. and Europe. These always get us fans buzzing as we hope (hope-hope) we'll get to see reveals of upcoming Transformers products from current or upcoming toy lines. Read the listing below and mark your calendars. A last little tidbit of news from the #NYCC2019 is the generous reveals for the upcoming creators and covers for Transformers Galaxies #'s 5-12! These were revealed during the IDW panel and later posted to IDW's Editor David Mariotte's Twitter account over the weekend of the #NYCC2019. Below are the tweets that he issued along with the cover images revealed during the panel. There are stories with Cliffjumper, Arcee, Greenlight, their mentee Gauge, and Ultra Magnus on the way, all set in the current War for Cybertron continuity. If the first issue of Galaxies is any indication we're going to be seeing fun and interesting new angles of the current IDW Transformers continuity. Enjoy!

This past week at New York Comic-Con, Hasbro had an unboxing event for the remaining Transformers War for Cybertron SIEGE products for Fall 2019. Seibertron.com attended the event and we are now able to share the pictures with all of you. The figures we got to unbox were Leader Class Astrotrain, Voyager Class Apeface, Deluxe Class Spinister and Crosshairs, Battle Masters Rung and Singe, and Micromasters Rumble, Ratbat, Direct-Hit and Power Punch. Autobots, Decepticons, and now, the Mercenaries! Newly revealed at the #NYCC2019 are some old familiar characters making their Siege debut marching under a new third flag in the War for Cybertron saga. We reported on these reveals HERE just the other day, but now we have live video from the showroom floor giving some nice up close shots of the new character and battle cards. Fellow Seibertronians! The end is nigh! This weekend marks the end of the War for Cybertron HasLab Unicron saga of 2019. This is a major chapter in the history of the franchise and one we will all remember and talk about for years and years to come.
Like any great Transformers story this one has been full of surprises, fan energy, and of course, fun toys. As of this writing we stand at 7,456 backers with 2 days 7 hours and 1 minute to go. "Earthrise continues the War for Cybertron stories following Siege, and is the middle part of the War for Cybertron Trilogy. Earthrise features a return to more Earth based alternate modes, and drops the battle damage aesthetic that Siege utilized.
The new bots shown were Hoist, Grapple, Cliffjumper, Wheeljack, Ironworks, Soundbarrier, Starscream, Optimus Prime as well as some Micromasters.
Here is what we learned from John Warden, concerning all these new toys.
The new gimmick is shields that can connect to base bots to make a bigger base.
While there will still be Battlemasters, there will also be armour based bots that will help build the bases with clear pieces. Soundbarrier, a new character, is who was on display to represent these new bots.
Starscream is based on the classics deluxe and thus the transformation will be almost the same.
Earthrise Prime shares parts with Siege prime but has a different Transformation. The matrix is removeable and he has silver hands.
Cliffjumper comes with the giant cannon he had in the G1 show for one episode. He fits in Optimus' trailer. Cliffjumper is his own mold and not meant to be Bumblebee down the road. You can add modular elements to him (same with Hoist).
Hoist can tow characters or attach to your mini cities and his robot mode can become a bridge like he did in G1.
Astrotrain will be rereleased in Earthrise packaging since he (and Omega) work with the new base building system.
Deluxes like Ironworks are called Modular Battlestations and in earthrise we will be getting the classic bases from g1 turned into partsforming bots."
The Hasbro Live Brand Panel gave some awesome surprises. Here they showed off the 35th Anniversary Optimus Prime and Megatron, Earthrise Starscream, and the double headmaster component for the next Titan, Scorponok!
