The set marks the first time that Hasbro have offered these two molds, with Takara Tomy releasing them during Transformers Prime original run. No changes have been made for this 10th Anniversary re-release as the set includes the Arms Micron figures from the original releases.
We have embedded the review below for your convenience:
Have you got these two on preorder? Did you manage to get these back when they first released? Any other figures you would like to see for future anniversaries? Let us know in the Energon Pub and stay tuned to Seibertron for all the latest news and reviews!

I'm honestly suprised they didn't do anything for Animated.
At least RiD 2001 got Ruination repaint from TakaraTomy and Scourge got a few news toys from the collectors club and Legends
Day 285 of waiting for Transformers Armada Masterpiece news.

Like Animated Blackout for instance.

Problem is, I can't really see any that warrant a re-release based on their popularity or significance in the series. Rumble, Frenzy and Wildrider if we're lucky, but nothing else.

Animated already got a boatload of stuff in the years following its conclusion that its anniversary didn't need to be so elaborate:TulioDude wrote:ZeroWolf wrote: Any other figures you would like to see for future anniversaries? !

- Twelve Fun Pub figures in 2011-2013
- Three AllSpark Almanac books in 2009, 2010, and 2015
- A BotCon 2008 script reading
- A BotCon 2011 comic sequel, which was also adapted into a live script reading
- Another BotCon script reading in 2015, which was then adapted into storybook form in 2016
- All three of these BotCon stories are accessible for anyone to view on YouTube
- A complete series widescreen DVD set from Shout! Factory in 2014
- The Takara Legends Slipstream toy from 2015, which represents a post-Season 3 version of the character
- Legacy toys of Animated-original characters, like all of Prime Bulkhead's toys, ROTF Lockdown, 2010 Lugnut, Cyberverse Clobber (female counterpart of Lugnut), Prime Slipstream, Cyberverse Slipstream, etc.
- A live performance at TFNation 2019 of "Trial of Megatron", the unproduced three-part Season 4 premiere episode
- Even unofficial stuff like the TFNation 2017 exclusive "Trial & Error" comic that adapts know content from Season 4 to give Animated a more proper conclusion, and which TFNation posted online in 2019 for anyone and everyone to read...
- ...or the Japanese-original "10th Anniversary TF Animated Anthology" fan book from 2017
Sky-Byte too. He got a new-mold Thrilling 30 toy, and a new legacy version of himself in Cyberverse with new toys of his own.TulioDude wrote:At least RiD 2001 got Ruination repaint from TakaraTomy and Scourge got a few news toys from the collectors club and Legends
Plus the Encore reissue of God Fire Convoy (Omega Prime) in 2018. Sure, it had problems, but it's the thought that counts.

Also, the most unexpected scenario in which toy-only RiD 2001 character Bruticus got his own Universe toy in 2009 as a redeco of Cybertron Scourge.

Like Animated Blackout, RTS Lugnut, and the likes.

I would like RiD2001 to get more so hopefully they would reissue the UW Baldigus set, and maybe the original Scourge toy. And maybe a try again at Omega Prime

If they did a Unicron with Final Battle Megs, I would be so happy

Ideally, it should be the Chinese New Year version of Gaia Unicron that used paint apps instead of the stickers used by the retail one.D-Maximal_Primal wrote:First-Aid wrote:D-Maximal_Primal wrote:First-Aid wrote:Just preorderd mine. Would it really have killed Hasbro to have instead tampographed all of War Breakdown's and Jet Vehicon's decals?

Much like my Devastator, the package came in a rent a truck and the driver was not uniformed so if the tracking didn't say FedEx I'd have no idea who delivered it.
Anyway, I've already made arrangements to sell off one of the extra Breakdowns and my old Arms Micron release that has seen better days. (These stickers are not built to last) So behold, my army of Steves!

Very awesome!
My sets should arrive today, and hopefully Megatron's dark saber in the next week or so

Dr. Wu Dark Saber, I just shipped my BBTS POL this morning with it in it.
Final Battle Megatron with the arms micron Dark Saber is still THE Prime figure I want to get though

King Kuuga wrote:My two Breakdown/Vehicon sets arrived (troop building). As was commented in another thread they shipped from an Atlanta address, which is relatively close to me. I looked it up on Google maps and it seems to be a warehouse district. I can't tell if it's owned by FedEx or Hasbro is renting space for the holidays, I'm thinking the latter.

Do the arms Microns come pre-built?

No, it's really the exact same stuff you get as the originals, so you have to build them.

Who knows, this set may just be the push they need especially if it will be more readily available now than it was originally.

It's kind of ironic that this is the one line where the Hasbro toys were better than the Takara toys, but everyone outside Japan thinks highly of Takara for this line simply on the basis that they had products we did not get (the rest of the main seekers, Ironhide with the proper homage, the better Megs toy and of course these two).

william-james88 wrote:For questions regarding the stickers, doing them now for the targetmasters I confirm that they are just as garbage as originally. Honestly, since I have the previous Silas release from a decade or so ago, these products feel more like Hasbro found a warehouse full of these toys and repackaged them with newly printed instructions.

I'd would say this is only partially true. At the time, I did feel less need to get most of the Japanese versions due to them being very close to their American counterparts minus paint and the US weapons, but I did find the Microns charming, and there were figures like Arcee that I think the Japanese versions came out better. I also enjoyed the customizer friendly nature of the Arms Micron figures. It was hit and miss, but there were gems beyond what were not available in the states.
