The instructions correspond exactly to him. Plus I don't think this is a K.O at all. It must be a 100% original mold.

Just because something's not a design stolen from Transformers, Sentai, Macross, or Brave doesn't guarantee it's not a knockoff. It's entirely possible for it to be a knockoff of some other company's original design; I've seen that with these bootlegs before.
