August 2nd Update;
Rung and Cyclonus. Sorry for the rushed photoshoot, it started raining for some stupid reason
Cyclonus is 100% done, I’ll just wait for his paint to cure before I do a vehicle shoot. Rung needs some work in vehicle mode but other than that, he is pretty much done. Sorry I didn’t really get much of a shot of my work on Rung’s face, I’ll get it next time!

I dig all of the love that IDW has been getting. I really enjoy the comics and to me anymore when I think G1, I can't help but think of old school G1 and IDW. They really took the characters from my childhood and updated them. As opposed to recreating them. I fell IDW accurately captures the G1 characters and represents them to the current generation of fans very adequately. To me IDW characters are G1 characters.

i was really hoping for a retool of perceptor for a new generations ratchet. even in alt mode it will fit him nicely

Hi everyone! I'm done with the robot mode for Ultra Magnus, and I'm really happy how he turned out. If you didn't notice, I used the MakeToys Dagger Interspace mold. I think I am going to put finishing his vehicle mode on hold for now and focusing on finishing Whirl, which is almost close to being done as well. Here are some pics!

Yeah, that Ultra Magnus looks really nice. I'm surprised they haven't made an Ultra Magnus from that armor set yet. After all, they've made Nova Prime and Nemesis Prime.

I have been watching this come together for a long time now and awesome work. Love the IDW chars and thanks for inspiring TFCC with your Chromedome. Now I will get my own in a couple months. Ultra Magnus looks really sweet and nice paint. Can't wait to check out Whirl. Time for season 2 now
