So anybody who might of seen enough of my posts on the forums in general might know I tend to have a hyperactive imagination when it comes to the franchise and stuff like lore and characters.
Over time it's given me a need for me to write even though I have a bad habit of going on long tangents and don't actually have that good of a sense of grammar.
So this is just me coming up with story or character ideas, such as new versions of established characters, interesting tidbits about the Transformers world or ideas I would love to see future stories use.
I'll try to update this thread over time with new posts but for this first post, just a few small bits.

1: Cybertron is not wholly metal but also has sections of oceans of different liquids besides water, deserts, frozen planes and alien-like organic jungles, more and more of the planet gets converted into metal to better server the needs of Cybertronians but there are activists who would prefer to not entirely rid the planet of organic things while others would prefer the entire planet to be entirely metal.
Beachcomber is an example of an activist while Mirage was initially one for the opposite extreme.
2: The Allspark is worshiped as a divine artifact of great power yet it's actual nature is quite mundane but still of great importance, it is a hard-drive that serves as a digital archive full of important data such as starmaps with routes, lists and coordinates of important locations both on and off Cybertron, formulas and other scientific information, profiles on all registered Cybertronians and their records, construction and weapon blueprints, passwords and other personal data uploaded for safe keeping, military secrets and tactics but also records on many aspects of Cybertronian culture as well as information of those from other worlds.
The Allspark is the hard-drive of the mega computer known as Vector Sigma named after the Prime known as Vector, and the key used to access it's contents is known as the Matrix of Leadership which is named so due to the enormous responsibility of those that hold it.
It's custodian is Alpha Trion and the Technobots who are the main science guild of Cybertron, a prestigious faction that accept only the most noteworthy of researchers, doctors, data manipulators and others who fit the qualifications to be accepted into the guild.
3: The first 13 Primes are regarded in the modern day as being the very first Transformers as well as gods but the truth is that they were rather the first Transformers who banded together to successfully take the planet and begin putting it on a path of advancement and expansion to end the subjugation and slavery of their species.
The 13 were just normal people who accomplished great things in the name of freedom, which is why inevitably things ended up poorly for the group although it's events were later twisted into a tragic tale of betrayal and grand stakes.
The name of Prime is the equivalent to Knight or Sir rather then a divine title, although being anointed as such is a prestigious rite and privilege that few are granted due to the expectations and standards that the Primes must set, this was made so after the original Primes of Iacon seemingly abandoned their world on a crusade against their creators and forsook their title and responsibilities.
4: Unicron is rumored by Cybertronians to be a chaotic god who devours planets to sate it's unending appetite in it's quest to destroy all of existence, but the planet's origins were that it was rather the version of Cybertron that came before which was a planet much like it with it's own history and culture, but one individual went on a violent crusade of power that eventually converted the planet into a full on mobile battle-station, killing many of the planet's inhabitants and drove the species creators off where the tried again with Cybertron.
It's history is now mostly lost with the Warlord that was christened as Unicron as well as his followers intending to keep it so.
Unicron the planet is a mobile battle-station that travels the cosmos not to destroy all existence but rather in favor of the best interests of the inhabitants of the planet, they conquer other worlds and consume those that do not comply or do not fit with the Unicronian goals and purposes.
The planet consumes other worlds in order to continue fueling the planet for both continued travel as well as energy production for the planet and it's inhabitants.
It's size is quite smaller then Cybertron even before it was converted which reduced it's size even more, nowadays it's about the size of Earth.
Unicron the individual keeps his own history behind locked doors but his prowess in battle was on par if not above the 13 Primes of Cybertron, these days he is more of a Devil-like character who may offer deals to those he can manipulate or use to further his goals, while he once and may still have a normal body he has integrated his consciousness into the network that powers and controls the planet which gives him a limited form of omnipotence, this state of being makes it so he ends up sending his servants in his stead onto other planets or in search of things for his own best interests.
Some of his servants include Galvatron and his Armada of starsearchers or the Infernocons of the blazing pits.
His relationship with Cybertron is a fickle one, while he sees it as a potential threat as well as probable "food" source, he is quite amused and curious about the planet and the inhabitants.
He does however have a distaste for weaker life-forms due to his nature as a conqueror and literal planet sized being, these life-forms more often then not tend to be organics although Unicron is not inherently hateful towards organics as a whole.
5: Transformers may be assigned proper names instead of a designation, they are rarely ever just titles with no real meaning most Cybertronians get named after notable things that happen early on in their lives, these can range from notable events they were apart of, character traits, or even named after their resemblance to a previous Cybertronian of note either due to appearance or personality/traits.
An example is the Seeker Skywarp who was named after his remarkable flight skills which others have described as being so unnatural that it appeared that he literally warps the air to pull off his maneuvers.
Sometimes though a Cybertronian however may go a large chunk of their life without a proper name until one day they find something that fits just right or finally describes them well.
An example of this is Bumblebee who was only named such after he and his exploration group assigned to Earth discovered the insect which bore the name that the group thought described him perfectly.
This is all for now, I will probably return to add more.

Yes. Now go to your room and don't play with yourself.
