Custom - Transformers Rise of the Beasts Airazor (Studio Series)
It's been a while since my last custom, so let's do something about it! I really like ROTB's take on the Maximals, so I wanted to give it my own spin. I plan to repaint all of Studio Series beasts and the first one I tackled was Airazor. At the time of making this custom I did not have much of the reference material, as only first trailers were released, so the figure itself is a blend of movie beast mode and my take on robot mode inspired by original Beast Wars colours. After watching the film, I am very happy with my choices. With ton of shading, intricate details, weathering and a bit of battle damage, I was able to craft something which to me is a pretty cool blend of traditional design and movieverse aesthetics. Enjoy!
