We don't have an exact location, but it appears that some Toys'R'Us stores in the US have started stocking the One-Step Changers from the upcoming Transformers: Robots in Disguise animated series. The photo proof below, of Strongarm, Bumblebee, Sideswipe and Underbite, comes via the Facebook group Transformers Addicts! and its member Richard Puente. If you spot any of these in your area, make sure to flag them up in the Sightings section and forums!

Totally agree with this.

damn that was fast, hasbro must be as sick of AoE as everyone else is. But i guess the final wave of AoE wont be showing up in a lot of places, which kinda sucks cause it had some good looking figures in it.

Hmm. These pics aren't at all flattering. I'm quite a bit disappointed. So...Combiner Wars, Masterpiece, 3rd party and...Power Rangers Dino Charge for me. RID Deluxe Bumblebee looks nice, at least.

The animation still has to convince me. From what I've seen, it's kinda rough. Maybe they'll...

Is there a One-Step Optimus that we know of, or is it just the Warrior and the Legion figure?

Just those two. Then again, what we do know is pretty meager as is:

Transformers RID toys are available in Ireland:
http://www.smythstoys.com/ie/en-ie/toys ... -warriors/ (Out Now)

http://www.smythstoys.com/ie/en-ie/toys ... p-changer/ (19th Dec)

http://www.smythstoys.com/ie/en-ie/toys ... s-legions/ (16th Dec)

While it is great to see we are getting Legions and Warrior, there is no way I'm paying €20 for a Deluxe. Still Next time in in SMYTHS I'll see if I can get some pics.

im not really sure what to think.

hollow bits. but decent looking articulation.
small looking. but nice cartoony detail.
grimlock could use some weapons.
and there could be more paint apps.

ill give the line a whirl. buy bee and grim at least when i see them.

I've expected Grimlock not to be that huge so I'm not bummed about that. Wonder how he scales with TFA Swoop and Snarl?

I'm actually a little surprised how big Strongarm is compared to AM Ironhide and RID Bumblebee. It's nice and it fits her seeing how she's a truck. As for Steeljaw his arms look off but otherwise he looks fun.

Right, let's move away from Transformers Generations Combiner Wars for a while, as TFND's blacklai brings us some more photography - this time, it's the entire wave 1 of the upcoming Transformers: Robots in Disguise Warrior class figures: Autobots Bumblebee, Strongarm, Grimlock and Decepticon Steeljaw, including some comparison shots with Transformers: Prime figures and fun shots. Check some of the mirrored images below, and the whole thing here!

You know, for all the crap he's getting I really must say that this warrior Grimlock has the best tail to legs transformation I have ever seen in all the Grimlocks. It's the only one where the tail shows no sign of becoming feet (cough cough FOC) while having nice distinct robot legs in robot mode with distinct feet.

so much lame

I find so few things appealing about this line.
Re: Transformers Robots in Disguise One-Step Changers Sighted at US Retail (1628239)
Posted by Robogeek1973 on December 8th, 2014 @ 2:21pm CST
That Grimlock would be great if he was Voyager or larger.

The others are ok for what they are I suppose. The line definitely isn't for me though.

Why must such a kickass sword belong to such a bad-looking figure? If I were to get Bee, it would only be for the sword.

I was hopeful of Strongarm, but these images are starting to turn me away. Her character model looks athletic-ish; her figure is Chunky McBeefcakes. Me no like. I guess I'll wait for what reviewers will have to say before making a final call.

I wasn't going to get Grimlock no matter what, but I will say he looks the best of the bunch.

Jesus H. Christ, what a train wreck Steeljaw shouldn't be. He and Strongarm were the only ones I was going to get... But good God, I can strike Steeljaw off that list and put a question mark by Strongarm.
Re: Transformers Robots in Disguise One-Step Changers Sighted at US Retail (1628243)

Jesus, that's disappointing. I saw Strongarm and was thinking "You know, aside from that lame "burst effect" on her gun she looks pretty neat!" and was seriously considering adding her to my ranks (more fembots is always good) but dear god is she hollow! I mean, that's Poundland tier awful looking...a shame as the design is actually quite cool, and I dig the figure from the front and in vehicle mode, but from the back and under the vehicle...Poor Strongarm.

Steeljaw actually looks kinda cool though, and looks a lot less hollow. I mean yeah he's spindly but he looks less like he's trying to pretend to be solid whilst actually being a flimsy shell, instead embracing full-on wiryness.

Steeljaw looks like he is pooping out his tail.

I don't mind the figures themselves, they look fun in both vehicle and robot modes. What I do mind are the price points these are supposed to retail at...these do not look like they're worth the 15.99 (or approximately similar) price tag.
If they were 9.99, I could be more inclined to pick them up. As it is now I will probably wait for them to just go on sale.

I am looking forward to seeing more of Drift. And I like the repaint possibilities of some of the figures like Grimlock, which would be cool to see painted as Overkill.

them figures look nice

my opinions

Grimlock should have been a Voyager class

no complaints on strong arm or bumblebee

i hope Optimus gets a Voyager treatment with Good articulation

i could see Bisk getting the deluxe treatment with a similar arm movement at Armada Deluxe class Sideswipe or a retool of P-rid Cliff-Jumper

Gonna get Strongarm, easy buy for me.

Steeljaw looks like a mess, but I kind of like the design, so he's a maybe. They'd better make a Bisk figure if they're making Steeljaw.

The rest don't interest me.

Not feeling this line though. Might check out some legions, just because I like that scale.

I really dig Steeljaw's vehicle form, very badass. Bumblebee looks just like a chunkier version of PRID Vehicon. Grimlock sucks because he's not the real Grimlock. Strongarm I'm going to pickup because my fembots need some more members.

So funny... Just scrolling through the pictures and that is the first thing that came to mind... Uhhhh custom! Even take Bumblebee's head off and replace it with something else... Starting to sound like Dr. Frankenstein...
Seconding the whole waiting for these to hit clearance shelf. Thats what seemed to happen to the last bit of Transformers Prime. I am going to guess that the AOE Clearance will be happening in the next few months also.

Just because the RID15 Grimlock isn't like the past versions doesn't mean he isn't a Grimlock. He still has a lot of elements that makes him the same character we know which the toy even has the almost same transformation scheme of the original G1 toy. They're just doing a new direction for him like how Optimus in TFA is different from the other versions yet till has the important elements of the character. Besides the original 2001 RID Grimlock was just a nameslap which is even further from the Grimlock we know.

I've thought this myself, but she is rather busty, and has a sweet face. I like that she isn't overly feminine. She is a warrior and built as such. Not to say skinny girls can't wope arse, I'm just all about that bass.

I think Airazor was always intended to be female. Japanese love their super heroins.
