Transformers Power of the Primes Wave 3 Terrorcons have now been listed online. Previously we did see them mentioned in some combiner instructions. We have provided images below so you can see Blot, Sinertwin and Cutthroat in all their Deluxe class glory. A quick thank you to unicron1200 for finding them listed on Amazon.com.
Please keep in mind that the current listings for these figures are currently through a 3rd party seller and are being sold for much more that they would normally cost. They should be available for retail price as they become available. The Amazon listing says will be in stock on June 11 so they are not technically available just yet so keep an eye out. Chances are these will show up other places in the future.

I don't think anyone, anywhere, at any time has ever expressed actual hunger for knees. I believe this is a true first for our history! Congratulations?

Does Sinnertwin have knees though? His beast mode is four-legged,so they wouldn't really be knees, would they? Even so, only his front legs have any articulation. His hind legs are fixed pieces, just like his G1 toy.

Hungrr used to be a fiercesome two headed dragon till he took arrows to the knee.

One of my two local Walmarts got two cases of wave 2 at two different times. I got Blackwing the first time and Moonracer the second. Nowhere near as well stocked as wave 1, in fact I'd say PotP isn't being stocked nearly as well as TR was at this point in the line, but wave 2 has been out there.
I just hope wave 3 doesn't hit before I can get the last two Dinobots now that I finally have Grimlock coming in the mail ($25 on Amazon for a short time this morning!).

I went to my Walmart today and they restocked!!! ...wave 1 PotP. I swear, I am going to get the upgrade kit for Volcanicus before I get his final limbs. I just need the damn deluxes and prime masters. Come on man!!!

Sure Hun-Grrr isn't all that great but I didn't buy Grimlock at all since he's not better looking than the FOC version after you add 3P piece that fills in his T-rex mode. And I don't like that combiner the dinobots form either.

Could be worse, they could have actually made the beast.

It's decided! We need a 3P company to make the Beast! You know people would buy it just to talk about how ugly it is.

At the time of "robot form", you can recreate "pretender" by storing it in the enclosed "pre-tender suits", or you can bring on a vehicle of "Legends" class sold separately. In addition, if you transform it into "spark core form", you can combine with "pretendersuit" with weapon and you can install it as a weapon in Transformer figure over "DX class".

That magnificent six/five idea is pretty neat (which of them is going to get it I wonder...the five named characters or the other guy )
If I were Hasbro, I would have turned the so called hitjob against itself with this instead.

I'm right there with you. On top of that, it has truly one of the most boring transformations and terrible shoulders. The only thing I use my FOC Grimlock for is the sword and shield.

I saw Grimlock maybe twice. Starscream was around more frequently, but I can still count the number of his sughtings on one hand...

I think MAGA Jazz is an item with historical significance. It will go on to represent a time when politics were so much at the forefront of American discourse that it bled over into a Transformers toy. Definitely keeping mine as a future talking piece.

I picked up an extra to leave in package myself, but remember get him now before the wave threes come out if you want that version.

I think lumping Takara releases into Waves is a poor use of the term. They release figures monthly, on a more-or-less predictable schedule. They plan the release to happen once, and only a limited number of one-off figures see any redistribution. This is not what a "Wave" is.Va'al wrote:Agamemnon wrote:Hey, Va'al, wave 7 or 4? No worries. but it does ring something to the fore. How amazing would it be for To have a release schedule like this. a few items each month, on pretty much a guaranteed date, and guaranteed to be in stock at larger B&M chains, and available online....Sure I know covers a much bigger portion of the world than does, but one can dream...

Wait... Are the stumpy feet and tail on this current version that much better????!
FOC isn't pristine but it's not bad enough to make me buy this PotP version to replace him. Which still remains my point.

Same here. Back in probably February I saw two at one Walmart and one at another (none at Target). They sold pretty quickly and never restocked. Starscream lingered for a while longer (maybe another two weeks). I'm guessing we're not alone as his prices has been ridiculously high online for a while, this was the first time I've seen him online this close to normal retail. I'm guessing we can thank wave 3 for that.

yeah FoC (with or without dinoarmour upgrade) may not be perfect but it sure beats the crap out of PotP Grimlock who simply fails to look at all appealing in any of it's three modes. PotP Grim has of the most godawful, blandest, crappiest, blockiest Grimlock robot modes ever too (I think only Energon Grimlock looks crappier).
That 'evergreen' design saw art of a couple weeks ago would make a fantastic G1 Grimlock, sculpted well, dynamic form, with lots of details. I know the simple cyberverse (or whatever it is) figure is based on it but a proper generations figure of it would be nice.

I did learn something very important here: be careful with Starscream's shoulders. I had to take mine apart because the ratchet went off kilter and would not straighten back out. I fixed it though.
