Yeah, we have seen everything for POTP aside from exclusives. Hasbro confirmed it ends with wave 4 and there isnt much new in wave 4 aside from Novastar.

The next show is SDCC in only 4 months and they will reveal some of the new War for Cybertron and BB movie toys there.

In retrospect, if we knew how the whole Evolution-thang was gonna work, I would've voted for Megatron -- we could have then had Galvatron!

I skipped his recent TR incarnation, since it didn't do it for me, and I still have DX9's Tyrant as my go-to....I am still hoping they plan to give him the MP treatment. But I am glad they got Megatron right with MP-36.Here's hoping for some surprise announcements soon!

Bah still need wave 1...too many things not enough money

It's true--got these at Kroger in Jackson, TN last night. A bit higher than they should be at $6.99, but they also had all the wave 1 prime masters as well as the two new wave two prime masters. Now, let's bring on wave 3 and end this puppy lol

Holy crud guys, I didn't know this was news! I found a bunch of them at my Kroger last week for $2.25.

I actually bought three of each and sold them already. It's the only time I've ever engaged in scalping and I feel kind of bad about it. I guess I really didn't make too much profit off of them. $2.25 retail + $3.50 postage + $0.75 for the envelope + the ebay and paypal fees... and because I felt bad about scalping I priced them $1-2 under what everyone else on ebay was selling them for...

I didn't know these hadn't been seen yet, I found them on clearance at a Dillon's

Guess those make sense as Easter Basket toys as they would be good Christmas stocking stuffers. This might make me rethink which aisles I search when I go Transformer hunting.

By the way, how are the clear parts on other people's dinobots doing so far? Since, you know, clear plastic is a goddamn self-destructing nightmare.

That would be swirly metallic plastic, clear plastic breaks are less common (not to mention less dramatic) than the hype may suggest. If they were, look at how many cars, jets and whatnot with clear windows there are. Just be careful manipulating joints made from that stuff, and don't put them under continued stress.

Only the main attachment points inside the chest and the dino neck. The latter is supported by opaque plastic on either side of each point. The ratchets in the shoulders have less give to offset the sturdiness of the clear plastic.

Speaking of which: Moonracer's shoulders are clear plastic. Hope they don't seize up.

My biggest Dinobot issue is Swoop's face not wanting to stay in place while in Dino mode. Keep in mind the only POTP Dinobots I have are Swoop & Slug who I've been displaying next to Henkei Grimlock since I haven't picked up POTP Grim yet or any of Wave 2.

I tried to report a sighting for these guys like a month ago, but i could not do to the fact that City Market is not a chain opion for sighting. I even reported this in the problem reporting thread, but no reply. And to make sure i sayed something i made a post about it in PotP thread. Hold on just a sec.

Thank goodness. Rodimus was the only one I'm planning on picking up. Hopefully they'll do something about the two-toned red plastics.

I hear Kruger was a good place to get silly cheap Star Wars Clearance stuff.

I still actually have not seen a single Power of the Primes toy in the wild yet.

Heck I'm still chasing RID items though likely should have been out in September. I'm just forgetting about it and concentrating on Star Trek Spaceships and buying leftovers that I'd previously forgot to get.

It looks like Wave 2 Power of the Primes Legends figures are starting to trickle into the Twin Cities and surrounding areas in Minnesota. I found two Tailgates (with bad paint jobs) at the Target in North St. Paul along McKnight Road. A friend of mine here found Tailgate, Battleslash, and Roadtrap at a Target in Shakopee. I really wanted to pick up Tailgate when I found him, but the one had a large splotch of paint slop on his face and the other had a bunch of scratches on his chest tampograph details. I'm gonna wait until I find some better samples on the shelves.

I just hit Baker's, our subsiderary of Kroger, and found the two wave 2 Prime Masters. Thanks for the tip y'all!

I'm gutted kapow toys have sold out of the battle trap set they were offering (£24 for battleslash and roadtrap together) I was planning on getting that tomorrow. Might bite on getting all the wave one primemasters...but I might get swoop...decisions decisions

The news here was that they were appearing at grocery chains since its pretty cool to find the latest toys there of all places.

And dont feel bad about the "scalping", at the price you sold, its more like you gave a chance to someone who was afraid of not finding these to own them right away. People bought it instantly, proof that the price was fair, and they would have bought them if they saw them at retail, you just provided that sighting to them directly.

The scalping that sucks is when you are looking for a toy desperately and all you see are a bunch of online listings at double the price that are not selling.

It changes nothing. The nubs are the small extra pieces of plastic that protrude at he back of the handlebars. Its these little nubs that fit into the steering unit in motorcycle mode. So shaving them off changes nothing since they are always hidden anyways.

wanted to take this discussion form the deals thread to here..but...now that we've had a couple confirmed sightings/purchases of PotP Voyager Elita-1 with pink PM armor/feet, I wonder if this constitutes a running change and makes the ones that are painted over black (which I have) a rare variant

additionally, I wonder if someone tried to rub off the paint on Voyager Starscreams PM Armor/Feet what color they would be underneath .

I saw some Elita-1 in atleast two different stores today. If I get a chance to get by, I will document what I can regarding production date and color of the combiner feet.

I've seen Elita in stores 3 or 4 times. She always has black feet.

Sorry, all Elita-1 Foot Armors are unpainted black so far. I checked some reviews and images, even the box shows them black. They're only peach in stock photos.

Death confirmed he purchased one with peach feet (his words not mine... ). Also there's a video on YouTube that states you can remove the black paint with 90% alcohol to reveal the pink feet underneath if you so desire.

Plus, I just now read that some Elita-1 figures have swapped feet. How can one tell?

How to get pink feet from the black ones.... its mentioned briefly starting around 5:50 so you don't have to watch the whole video

as for in-box pics, we may have to wait for Death's Video review, unless someone else gets one and posts it.

Pink feet will look weird not matching with the hands. Then again the way the terrorcons hands/armour is, makes me irtated slightly that the colours aren't matching. (I know you can swap'em around to get matching colours but it annoys me for no good reason that they don't on the promo pics)

That's what alerted me to Blackwing and Sludge.

I'm so tempted to order wave2 online....but I will wait a bit longer, and be happy my Hun-Gurrr is satisfied.

Ok, so far exclusive-wise we have:

- Shuttle Blast Off with Megatronus
- Repugnus
- Wreck-Gar
- Counterpunch

What other exclusives do you hope to see, outside of boxsets? Personally, I'm hoping for a release of red Swoop with the alternate toy-accurate head with the visor... and that he's called Dinobot Strafe That's all I'm asking. O, and the rest of the Prime Masters in a set.

I would like either monstructor or dinoking (I'm not fussy, either or will do me)

Frankly at this point I don't expect any boxset.
