I just saw this too. Pretty cool. Prime's mouth will take a little getting used too though.

Interesting
Might just be the audio, or it might be what they have for the spot, but if that's Cullen doing Prime, he doesn't like what I remember from the G1 series (what little I remember). Then again, the scene's too short to tell with absolute certainty.

Watching Primes hands pop out was pretty cool
It feels weird hearing a voice come out of these guys.

Holy balls.
A little bit of Prime with mouth action there. That'll make some folk unhappy. It's a really nice rendering job, though. I wasn't expecting them to be that, well, 'animated' when they're just talking. Too used to seeing them in low-to-middling budget cartoons, I guess
Starscream's little powerslide looked exceptionally well done, too. It does look like it's there, as in an actual prop. Seriously. Whoa.

WHAT IS WITH THAT MOUTH ON PRIME?!?!?!?!?!
That, and -- I hate Jon Voigt. I swear. What are they doing? That stupid donkey face on Prime doesn't look good. Come on. And boxy robots would have looked cheesy? Please. The RID/Primal face could and would have looked a lot better here. This looks like something out of the TMNT movie.

I don't like the way Optimus had that little mouth that moved, instead of his faceplate...

Prime has lips!
I think it sounds a little strange because of compresion, Cullen is a bit older and it may be be playing back at the right speed.

Prime didn't really sound like his G1 self to me. However, this was just a little bit less than a second of audio. I bet it'll be better in the entire movie.

I didn't notice the mouth. I was too fixated on the voice, I guess. Oops. Still, I believe it works because it fits with the rest of his face very nicely.
Edit:

I remember Prime's voice being really deep in The Rebirth, compared to earlier seasons. Maybe that's what he's going for, if only to emphasise the character's age and size.
My favourite performance of his though will always be from waaay back in MTMTE, less deep and showing a pretty fierce temper a couple of times. I would pay serious cash (in addition to the $25 I've already donated to the Hasbro kids' hospital) to see and hear Prime losing it over some 'con. Bonecrusher, perhaps?

Upon closer investigation, you can see a lot of small plates and pieces moving around on Prime's face to show a range of emotion. Personally, I think he's animated in that overly-smooth CGI style which screams of being artificial. That's beside the point, though, which is that if this much emotion can be achieved with overlapping panels and whatnot, it would have been EASY for them to use more humanoid faces on the Transformers. They just made a radically different design decision, and I stand by my opinion that it was NOT a good one.

Maybe Prime's faceplate covers the mouth/nose area during battle, similar to Bumblebee's face in battle mode.

Dude Screamer sliding through the cars was awsome! Primes mouth is horrible. Why cant they use the audio thats gonna be in the movie. That clip was to raw and compressed. It sounded slowed down. Or Maybe Cullen is doing the voice a litle diffrent so that this prime wont be mixed up with G1 Prime. WHo knows. I just want this damn movie out already.

That was pretty awesome, and he indeed changed the voice a bit. It's lower now. I never really was against lips on a TF (or Prime overall), but it takes some time to get used to.
Goddamn I want to see the new trailer... (End of April/Start of May)

Optimus Primal was a different character. He wasn't
the Optimus Prime - so Primal's mouth never bothered me.
However, all the newer Primes-with-mouthes like in Energon and Cybertron always bugged the hell out of me. Contrary to what the movie makers believe, having the faceplate over his mouth doesn't
detract from his emotions, it
adds to them, since emotions are projected on the character by the audience, given the context. In short, the audience is forced to read much deeper into the character's mind, instead of just looking at his face, which builds a better mental understanding of the character.
For example, does everyone remember how Darth Vader looked in Return of the Jedi when the emperor was shocking Luke? There is a cut where we see Vader's face as he turns from the Emperor to his son, with the lightning shining off his helmet. No facial expression, no frowns, no tears, nothing. Yet the audience gets more emotion in that one faceless expression than they could possibly get if Vader had a mouth.

....................HOLY CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That was brilliant =D Prime's voice sounds a little deep but it's certainly prime for me. I also like the mouth, it works, but it has me questioning the other bots especially bumblebee......WHY CAN'T THEY HAVE ONE LIKE PRIME!!

They processed Peter Cullen's voice, made it much lower... so that he in fact doesn't sound like the Peter Cullen Optimus Prime at all. What a bunch of arseholes. The fishlips on his chin are hideous.
Other than that, it was a slick trailer. Starscream destroying a bunch of cars was cool. Petty he looks like a monkey with a stick.
I happen to think John Voight is a very good actor.

Prime's voice is definitely off in the clip but it's not because of Cullen - he still sounds great as Prime. You can hear Cullen as Prime a couple times in this short interview about him and Welker doing the voice overs for the upcoming game.
