New Pics of Animated Toys including Ultra Magnus and Sentinel Prime

I've just got to have magnus and Mr.Plow!

You know, I was a little skeptical about Swoop, but he really does look awesome. Magnus looks Siiiiiiiiiick and Sentinel and ABB look pretty cool too.

I love Botcon!

Like I said, I really want Sentinel. I'm ecstatic that he's a Deluxe. He looks fantastic with those weapons!

Holy crap! UM looks FANTASTIC!!! These are ALL musts...damnit...why do we have to wait so long???

Love all of them with the exception of Sentinel. I also happen to find his character annoying on the show. No loss there.

Magnus is pimpin' What is he a missle truck? It's cool to see and Autobot with a decepticon's style vehicle mode.

Curious, the first Animated redeco, I wonder if it's cartoon canon or not.

That is an awesome Swoop and U.M....

Swoop's alt mode will look a little better once his legs are bent and tucked up under his body.

Magnus looks outstanding... Both modes are sweet.

I'll pass on BB, and not sure about Sentinel... Not diggin' his flat, smashed-down head.

Is it just me or does sentinel prime look like The Tick? Magnus is cool as is Swoop, Ok Swoop is badass, but ill be passing on Sentinel and possibly Bumblebee.

Sentinel as a Deluxe has to be the most puzzling Animated size choices to date. I always thought he was a guaranteed Voyager - or even a Leader so that he would be compatible with the Headmaster. Oh well, at least Optimus is chuckling tonight.

This looks like a job for.. the kitbashers. And where's the toy genius who can figure a way make 'The Homer' transform into Homer.

Passing on ALL of these. Magnus looks ok but that's about it.

That UM and Swoop are must haves! WOW! very excited about those.

Yeah, I expected Voyager too, but you have to remember, given how many people claim to hate him - he may not be popular enough to justify the voyager treatment.

Y'know on second look, that figure doesn't quite do him justice. Needs more of a mocking smirk.

I couldn't agree more. SP looks like a mess in robot mode and his alt mode lacks the imposing tires, etc. that make him look so over the top on the show. I like UM though. He's a yes for me.

Of course, I didn't mention that it's refreshing to have a TF line that doesn't have UM as a Prime repaint. That doesn't happen too often... Kudos to Hasbro for that.

While I waited for these to load I admit I found myself praying Please don't let Magnus be another Prime repaint..

I like SP's medieval style sheild and sword, and Swoop looks cool too.
AA BB just looks like a rehash of Stealth BB from the movie line.
I'm not too interested in him.
Otherwise, All of those figs look like they are going to kick total ass!

I reckon Swoop looks good, he'll look sweet with the other 2 dinobots.

Magnus looks cool as well although with the vast number of Universe figs coming I probably won't get him.

Sentinal Prime's legs look like they won't support him so he could have balance problem.

Autobot Academy Bumblebee looks OK but doen't feel anything special.

Swoop looks very cool.

Ultra Magnus is the best looking of the TF: Animated line.

But I'll still wait for the toys to arrive to make a final judgement.

Damn, UMagnus is soooo awesome!! He looks even better than his cartoon counterpart. He sure has lots of weapons on him, this is great. I don't know whether to buy one or two.

I want magnus now! Man, they all look Boss except that ugly BB redeco.

Swoop looks good.. Don't know too much about Sentinel.. don't really like his Vehicle mode.

Niiice! As soon as I saw Sentinel and Ultra Magnus take on their Earth alt forms in the cartoon, I said "Those are going to be two awesome figures, right there." and I was right! (It's just too bad Sentinel is such an annoying jerk as a character on the show!)

I don't think Sentinel will be a deluxe like the description says. Remember how everyone thought Blitzwing was going to be a delux, but after seeing the Botcon photos, he is proven to be a voyager. I think it'll be the same for Setinel.

About Sentinel's size: - I thought the same when looking through some of the Botcon pics. I was thinking maybe he's actually a voyager.

I mean he looks about as tall as Swoop here, and he's not even standing up straight. They have his legs bent in a squatting position. He also looks to have more bulk. Given Swoop's lanky proportions, if anything you'd expect Swoop to be the tall deluxe. But Sentinel looks both taller and fatter.



Well that's what I thought, and I had a post saying as much in another thread, but apparently from those who've seen it, Sentinel's actually one of the smaller deluxes. According to some, he may even be smaller than Soundwave.

Wow, I pretty much wrote the animated line off as they didn't appeal to me, but i'm really digging the swoop and ultra magnus.

Hm, yeah, I have to agree with Walky, Sentinel Prime = The Tick as an Autobot.

All of them look amazing I had planed to get all three dinobots no question's asked but Sentinel and ultra magnus are just amazing.
