I would be so sad if CW didn't offer G2 deco's. Even as exclusives I'd buy them.Samsonator wrote:I had never seen full pictures of G2 Hot Spot before this, I never knew what his colour layout looked like... I like it! Kinda want Combiner Wars to do one.

I think it would be printing money, especially if they decided to do a platinum or re-issue of the originals with the club or something. It would be amazing if they did something.
I actually think Hot Spot doesn't look horrible. From brief odd pictures we'd barely seen around I thought it would be worse. I don't hate it, but it is G2 odd for sure.

At least this is a total redeco. Operation: Combination Fire Chief still had parts cast in the original light blue of G1 Hot Spot:
The orange and red do go together, but the teal chest sticks out like a sore thumb. Worse, there are no other part cast or painted in the same color to offset it. But that's G2 for you

G2 combiners would be printing money if they were CW or original reissues. For the life of me I don't know why they haven't tried reissues yet. Seriously, IMAGINE people clamoring over an official release of the real G2 Menasor and Defensor.Tigertrack wrote:I think it would be printing money, especially if they decided to do a platinum or re-issue of the originals with the club or something. Or they think they can fool people into thinking this is creative or "new".

That's not fair, though they were weird colors, it was a good way to get the combiners you may have missed out on years earlier

Yeah shame on Nerf for painting toy guns in florescent colors.
Im not into collecting bricks anymore, but Ill drop $200 in a heartbeat for a G2 Combiner Wars Defensor. This color scheme is awesome !

I'm with you on that. Pair it up with a G2 Menasor re-issue too. Chuh-Ching.
