And speaking of chests, good gravy, Arcee's torso armor looks even lower than before!

it's due to that horrendous angle which makes her shoulder seem to be level with her neck.

I'm thinking that, just like the new MP Bumblebee, this Arcee is only meant to be viewed from a certain side. I have no idea which side that is, but apparently Takara hasn't figured it out either.

It's sad that the Thrilling 30 mold from six years ago, despite being so fiddly, did right by her design so much better.ScottyP wrote:Totally agreed. That design ought to be shelved or seriously revised, the toy looks awful.-Kanrabat- wrote:ALL the figures look great... Except poor MP Arcee.

Me too, I told myself "ER Arcee is tolerable." Then I noticed that it was the MP. Oh dear...

It's not just the front of her chest, her sides need to be higher too, hence the white stripe lining up all the way around her torso.AutobotAlvaron wrote:Arcee's bosom is WEIRD, why is it so low & misshapen? Maybe she's mistransformed, or she needs a bit of a lift. She was first seen in Transformers Movie in 1986, 34 years ago, so she's still very the young!

That said, Arcee looks like when kids (or grown men) stick balloons under their shirt, but don't know how high to put them.
At least her face isn't as derpy as the first time we saw it. Her nose isn't just sticking out of her face, it looks like a nose, her mouth is slightly open and what we can see of her chin seems to be rounder.

It's for moving whatever that black part is, the pins go into it on the sides. I thought that black part was what his head was connected to with a twist in it similar to RID2001 Ultra Magnus, but I guess it serves another purpose we can't see (probably connects the canon to the front of the spacecraft mode).

Always a risk of doing action poses with blocky robots, especially blocky robots with big crotches. At least it's not the Patented Dreamwave Buckled Knees pose.TF-fan kev777 wrote:Snapdragon's extreme leg positioning in bot mode makes my groin hurt.
The magazine's black background is much more flattering to Snapdragon than the white from the Dengeki Hobby photos.

Now he just needs titan master seats or pegs on each leg to complete the role

I'm in the same boat. My mind say that it's insane to buy a "voyager" that is 95$CAN plus taxes and shipping. Even though that voyager is now a leader with all that added mass to the classic TR mold.
My heart say that I want it and tell my mind that I've bought many "overpriced" collectibles before and what harm will one more do?
Ugh....
Fokkit. I'm preordering. at Age 3 & Up.
It's the best option for this here Canadian.

Firstly, that price is ridiculous. Secondly, why not go for the reissue? You even get a kickass sword out of it.

That's a good price, I'm pretty sure I paid around that in US dollars.
Edit: Found a 2012 email from BBTS saying that my pre-order was going to be $350, but had been reduced to $330 before release. But I also found the email receipt which showed shipping was $20 (this was during the time they didn't offer flat rate shipping like they had before and since) so I still paid $350 in the end.

That mean I bought that Fortmax on sale. Maybe it was below 300$US or so. I remember mine being 360$CAN total because the shipping alone was 50$US and I had to pay custom fees on top.
It was still just 360$CAN total though and not 400$CAN+ because at the time, the Canadian dollar was worth the same if not more than the US dollar!
Maybe with all the "free money" the US government issue because of the coof, it will happen again?

Eh, G1 toys just really aren’t my thing. I have an OG Starscream bombin around from my uncle, but it’s missing all it’s parts. I used to have a Jetfire with no arms, also from my uncle. That one I kinda miss. But yeah, I don’t collect many TFs anymore outside MPs.
