The release of Quickslinger and Brake-Neck in May are just the tip of the iceberg (check out their galleries). This May, TRANSFORMERS fans from around the world are invited to "Combine Together" to celebrate MAY MAYHEM! The month-long event celebrates TRANSFORMERS through fan participation, multi-platform storytelling, online promotions and the introduction of these all-new Combiner Wars action figures on May 22 through participating online retailers.
Below is an outline of what’s in store for May Mayhem:
Mid-May – The celebration kicks off with the latest round of fans’ choice voting for the TRANSFORMERS Hall of Fame. Who will be a part of the Class of 2015 and join the ranks of Optimus Prime, Megatron, and other legendary TRANSFORMERS? You decide!
May 13 – IDW Publishing releases TRANSFORMERS #41, the latest chapter of their epic COMBINER WARS storyline.
May 22 – AERIALBOT QUICKSLINGER and STUNTICON BRAKE-NECK will be available exclusively through participating online retailers, such as Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Target.com, ToysRUs.com, Entertainment Earth, BigBadToyStore, Diamond Comics and Hasbro Toy Shop. With these two new figures, fans are finally able to complete their G1-accurate SUPERION and MENAOR figures! In addition to these all-new toys, several vendors will be running special promotions on TRANSFORMERS GENERATIONS: COMBINER WARS figures, providing fans with an ideal way to complete their collections.
Late May – TRANSFORMERS fans will come together on the official TRANSFORMERS Facebook page (Facebook.com/Transformers) for an exciting new product reveal.
May 27 – The COMBINER WARS battle comes to a head in IDW Publishing’s TRANSFORMERS WINDBLADE – COMBINER WARS #3.
Stay tuned for more information about MAY MAYHEM!

They're a huge thing. Much bigger than most realize.

Huh, go figure. Is it more of a UK thing? My biggest knowledge of EE was from getting magazines when I was younger.

It's a huge thing right here in the US.

Maybe I'm stupid, but does BBTS not have these up for preorder? I've been looking every day for weeks and never seen them go up.

The post says they will be available May 22. So I am sure they will have them on preorder soon. At least we know they WILL have them for sure.

That was my first thought as well.

Right now it looks like the only thing I'll have to look forward to in May is the fact that BBTS has finally said they have the "Not Onslaught" Warbotron figure in warehouse, so I can at least get THAT combiner completed
When exactly are the W3 figures supposed to be in stores? I hear some saying 'early may' some saying 'late may' some saying 'late June' - which is correct? (and no, I haven't gone through Amazon or BBTS for these, so saying when THEY have them available doesn't count)

They're all correct. They're also all wrong. There's no way to tell, they just show up when they show up. If they even show up at all. Modern toy distribution.

Also, if we've invited to combine together, we ought to determine who becomes what of the resulting gestalt entity. I call the clavicle!

Just repaints of previous figures in the line, and they don't get to keep their G1 names?
Pathetic.
Just another cashing in without making any effort to retool or create original designs.
At least give Brake-Neck a different weapon.
And the name... it suggests bodily injury.
I'm happy with Alpha Bravo and Offroad.
