We are so excited to introduce a redesigned, rebuilt, reinvented BigBadToyStore.com! Our team has been working extraordinarily hard at creating what we believe to be the best shopping experience for our customers. Along with an extensive Help Center section to answer some of your immediate questions, we have provided some notable features and highlights below.
Now displayed with a modern appearance and improved images, our website is also mobile friendly on your handheld device. Add to that the completely overhauled engine that allows you to easily search, sort and find products in our organized catalog of over 15,000 unique items. But we are not stopping there! We will be rolling out various updates on a regular schedule to enhance and improve your overall experience.
No weight limits or dollar value restrictions, just simple and affordable. We now offer this method for all new domestic orders placed, giving you the option to spend less money on shipping and more on what matters, toys! We still offer a wide selection of shipping carriers and other methods to meet your needs.
We have clarified and expanded the use of our grading system across a wider range of collectibles. Collector's Grade will now be available for many new In-Stock arrivals as well as Pre-order items. We have also added a fourth package grade, 'Damaged' for those who are not at all concerned about product packaging condition. The toys themselves will still be in mint condition! And of course, we will always handle our products and shipments with care.
We made several improvements to make pre-ordering even more flexible than before. Each order placed can now be assigned a specific payment method and shipping address. You also have the option to send items in your order to the Pile of Loot or to have them ship upon arrival. Guess what else? We now accept PayPal for pre-orders!
It is now possible for you to ship a single specific item, a portion of items, or the entire Pile of Loot whenever you see fit. Newly added items that are paid in full can be held for up to 90 days. We also allow up to 7 days for paid items to be canceled from your Pile of Loot if needed.
Please log into your BBTS account and review all of the helpful messages. You might be asked to confirm information such as your password, shipping address (using the Address Book feature and verification tool), and payment information (in the Wallet feature). Have questions? We totally understand! Please contact Customer Service for assistance and they will be happy to help you. Last but not least, have fun exploring and be sure to let us know what you think!
We would like to sincerely thank all of you for your support over the years! From our garage start up in 1999 to the current website we have just launched today, none of this would have been possible without the continued support from all of you. We are humbled by the trust you place in us to handle your collectible needs, and we look forward to the next chapter of BigBadToyStore!

Rent, Buy or Share with Enterprise and the New Movie, Transformers: The Last Knight, from Director Michael Bay
Brand Creates Nostalgic Digital Video Tribute to 10-year Anniversary of Film Franchise Roots, in Celebration of June 21 Theatrical Release
ST. LOUIS June 1, 2017 -- Get ready to roll out: The Autobots and the 'auto rental bots' are joining forces to move us all forward!
Enterprise Rent-A-Car today announced a partnership with Paramount Pictures on the highly anticipated release of the new movie, Transformers: The Last Knight, directed by Michael Bay, in theaters June 21. Through the partnership, Enterprise is producing custom movie-themed digital content and promotion in branches throughout the country.
'While many may know Enterprise as simply a car rental company, we've done some evolving over the years to offer customers much more. Whether you're looking to rent, buy or share a vehicle, Enterprise has you covered,' said Lee Broughton, vice president, Enterprise Brand Marketing. That brand promise, coupled with our new content strategy focused on helping our customers pursue their passions led us to teaming up with Transformers: The Last Knight.
As part of the campaign, Enterprise has created a nostalgic video throwback to Hasbro's Transformers toy television commercials from the 1980s. The video shows two kids using their Autobot action figures to fend off the evil Decepticons, with some added assistance from Enterprise's rent, buy and share offerings. In one scene, as an Enterprise rental car helps take down the Decepticons, one of the children can be heard asking, 'How ya like that customer service, Megatron?'
In addition to the video, Enterprise customers will also notice movie-themed signage inside Enterprise branches through June.
'Enterprise has found a clever and creative way to remind Transformers fans of the toy heritage of the movie franchise while introducing their expanded brand offerings,' said LeeAnne Stables, president worldwide marketing partnerships and licensing for Paramount Pictures. 'This is a great way for us to reach summer travelers and ramp up excitement for the new film.'
