The official Transformers Collectors' Club homepage received and interesting update today, a smiling robot silhouette with the announcement that the BotCon 2013 set theme and story will be revealed in the upcoming Club Magazine #48.

And speaking of next year, first up BotCon 2013. While we are locking down the details for next years convention, we are excited to reveal that for 2013, the BotCon set theme and story-line will be revealed in Issue 48 of the TCC Magazine! We are doing the reveal a new way this year, so if you are NOT a member yet be sure to JOIN TODAY so you get the next issue and get the scoop on the story and some of the characters for BotCon 2013. If you are already a member, sit back and get ready for the reveal!
Also, for those of you going to NYCC (or following from home), be sure to stop by and see Dan Khanna as he will have a reveal as it relates to the 2013 Transformers Figure Subscription Service. You won't want to miss what he has at his table! He will be set up at table O16. Be sure to mark that on your schedule!

Couple of quick updates on the e-Hobby/TFCC Shattered Glass Soundwave vs. Blaster set. First TFCC have
tweeted that the pre-order deadline has been moved up to October 2nd, so if you're interested in
pre-ordering through them you might want to get a move on! Second
e-Hobby have posted a small preview of the exclusive 12 page comic that will come packed with the set with art by Hidetsugu Yoshioka.

New continues to trickle in on TFCC and e-Hobby's "Solar Requiem" collaboration.
e-Hobby have posted a mock-up of the sets packaging, which can be seen below. The set features Shattered Glass repaints of G1 Soundwave, Slugfest, Ratbat, Blaster, Ramhorn, Eject, and Rewind. According to TFCC we can expect pre-orders to open today. The set is priced at $195.00

TFCC have revealed the pricing and pre-order dates for their collaborative effort with e-Hobby, "Solar Requiem". The set features Shattered Glass repaints of G1 Soundwave, Ratbat, Slugfest, Blaster, Eject/Rewind mold, and Ramhorn. Pre-orders will start tomorrow and run approximately a month with a price of $195.00 not including shipping and handling.
