If it's a moral question, and a moral question only, then yes I would. I would practically have to do it, since the realization of Skynet would lead potentially to the death of billions. I know what happened in the movie, and I understand that Cloud business. But, if I can kill the guy who builds the thing that would otherwise wipe out humanity, I have to kill him. Yeah, I could try and talk him out of it, since that worked in a movie, but if this were happening in the real world, it wouldn't be the same as a movie. So, yeah, I'd do it.

Yes, I'd ultimately be alright knowing that I killed a person if it lead to the saving of the entire human race. I do not condone murder in any form or fashion, I can't try to force out some edgy answer like "people suck anyway, who cares". Given the scenario here, kill one person and stop the deaths of everyone else, it seems pretty cut and dry to me.
