Ratchet's voice I'm not so sure about either. But if it is Bailey voicing Optimus, then perhaps it might be him voicing Ratchet too. There's a subtle hint of Bailey's voice in Ratchet.

Shame the game (apparently) didn't get made, but hopefully they can pick it up as a comic or TV series.
