Trion - Bridge
This Swerve character was a fast talker. So fast, in fact, it was hard to keep up with all of the questions and almost impossible to get in an answer or two. Grimlock simply sighed and rubbed his cranial unit with his free hand as he lowered his energo sword completely down with his right. This minibot was definitely annoying, but he was no real threat to anyone, except maybe himself if he kept up his antics. The Dinobot Commander was able to keep relative control of his temperament, but there were others on his team that could not, namely Slag, who was still situated on the bridge.
“Mmmm...you have one of them voices, too,” Grimlock muttered under his breath just as Swerve scampered past him and onto the bridge, itself. The rex-former hadn’t even noticed yet, now rubbing both optics with his actuators. When he removed his hand from his faceplate and glanced down again, the red and white mech was gone. At first, Grimlock thought maybe the minibot had decided to leave, but that was wishful thinking as Swerve’s voice suddenly came from behind him almost like a cyber-nat buzzing in his audio receptor.
“What?!” Grimlock exclaimed, surprised, as he spun around to see Swerve over by the outer view screen, still asking questions. With a guttural growl emanating from his vocalizer, the Dinobot leader stomped over to where the tiny minibot stood as the bridge doors slid shut behind him. Standing tall over Swerve, Grimlock glared down at the annoying little mech as he appeared to want to ask yet another question.
“SILENCE!!” Grimlock bellowed, cutting off any further blabber from the red and white ‘bot. “If you want answers you need shut up!” For a moment, the rex-former considered that perhaps someone had taken Bluestreak, changed his colors and shrunk him down to a third his size, but that was not the case, of course. That was just a silly notion if not a logical one to assume all things considered. Although, it was all likely that little Swerve was somehow a distant relative or something just as annoying.
In all actuality, Grimlock didn’t want or feel the need to answer any of Swerve’s questions. Who was this minibot demanding answers from the commander of the Dinobots? He was a nobody in comparison and easily swatted away like a bug. Unfortunately, he was also an Autobot and not the real enemy. Harming him would bring more repercussions down upon Grimlock than what he was likely already going to face once they all returned to the Sol System. And if he simply tried to ignore the minibot, well, let’s face it, that would be near impossible. Therefore, whether he liked it or not, the rex-former would provide answers and then unceremoniously throw Swerve off the bridge.
“First we came and took Trion, ourselves, to defeat ‘Cons in Sol System. Me, Grimlock! Me no need permission! Second, me no care what you hold against me. Third, that boom earlier was Decepticon saboteur trying to blow up ship. Me took care of him before taking ship away form shipyards. Wasn’t safe there anymore. Fourth, we headed back to Sol System. Lastly....”
Grimlock leaned down and looked Swerve directly into his annoyingly cute visage. “....get off my bridge before you accidentally get stepped on!”
