TR Trypticon $65 (This is advertised as a *weekend sale*, but they have actually had this item at this price for a while, I guess they are hoping to get rid of the last of them??)
CW Onslaught for $15
They also feature the unlicensed Maketoys Computron Quantron for $175 this weekend.

Lots of places have been trying to get rid of this guy. He's a good example of official product winning over 3p (in terms of popularity).

T30 deluxe wave 11 case of 8 Figures: $72.00
It seems BBTS Really wants to get rid of these toys that are going on 5+ years old. It's a great deal. Thrilling 30 as the name indicates celebrated Transformers 30th Anniversary in Style with many memorable entries...and while this assortment may not be those figures , it's still a pretty good deal coming in at just over $10 per figure even after Tax & Shipping, half of what a current deluxe costs! ...and you get a bonus Chromia & Arcee which you can sell off, even at a minimum, to try to make some of your money back.
While I personally did not get any T30 figures (save Metroplex), it was the line that at least got my attention back towards TF's and the next years Combiner Wars officially brought me back.

Exactly. I know this is way OT, but has anyone ever done any digging, into what happens to unsold Transformers? I mean after they have gone to outlets, been discounted down to almost nothing etc etc... and even then not sold? As popular as these toys are, you know there are some out there that just never sold anywhere...

Sabrblade wrote:I feel like any who may have wanted any of those particular figures would have already gotten them by this point, with BBTS having simply ordered more stock than was necessary.
You'd think, but I kept hearing people complaining about Arcee being impossible to get. I guess they never heard of BBTS.

Unlicensed Cross Dimension MTCD-04 God Bomber Divine Shooter for $70
We've seen an example of a 3P item being less popular than the actual Hasbro/TT product, but this is the first I've seen of an actually being less expensive than the genuine article . Of course it's probably only compatible with their version of Super Ginrai, which I don't see as available, so probably the reason for the sale.

First in thanks to Seibertronian xRotorstormx we have news that an Ollie's in Lansing, MI has as of this writing Allspark Tech Starter Packs including Optimus Prime, Shadow Spark Optimus Prime, and Sqweeks! Just when you thought you'd seen the adorable little buddy with a killer right hook in every permutation possible this particular Sqweeks is seeing one of his rare appearances on US shores, at least the first we know of at an Ollie's. Sources say he has been spotted at other discount centers such as Ross but some find Ollie's a tad easier to navigate. You movie-verse completists out there will want to keep your optics peeled for this cool little item.
Also rolling in like a thunder cloud from this same Ollie's we have a sighting of Transformers Cyberverse Thundercracker! Awful hard to deny how sleek the blue color scheme looks on this new Seeker mold.
Thundercracker was $4.99 and the starter packs were $9.99
Then in a rather random sighting our own Podimus Prime ScottyP spotted Transformers Mighty Mugs which were previously only available online for only $3.99 each at a Raleigh, NC Ollie's.
Note in the picture below they only have series 1 with the four characters.
Most Ollie's typically receive the same or similar merchandise around the same time, so these sightings although far apart do indicate there's an interesting flow of Transformers merchandise hitting the brick and mortars.
What have you found? Be sure to let us know in the forum and stay tuned to Seibertron for the ultimate in Transformers news!

Poor, poor Liege Maximo, down to $1.20. Well, that's what you get for helping Shockwave kill off Alpha Trion I guess.

If it makes you feel better, you could spend more and get the verison for $4.50, which in this case, is literally just the language on the packaging.

They also had all the current Studio Series even two Jetfires two Leader Megatrons and even a Voyager SS Megatron.
Cyberverse in all classes including the larger scaled Megatrons and Primes but no Grimlock.
All stuff we’ve seen but I was like whoah K-Marts got more Transformers than my WalMart!

So many blue light special memories. Transformers, Gobots, He-Man, all the greats.

I've seen it too, I'm thinking about going to the one Walmart i have seen with him and try to price match if he's not on sale. someone else I know already succeeded in doing that
Posted by Bumblevivisector on September 12th, 2019 @ 1:12am CDT
Since he's a solid case figure, this reminds me of when Ollies' were getting all those Miraculous figures last year, and IIR Westland's got at least 2 cases of Cat Noir while Farmington's got none. Goes to show the inconsistencies in what stores receive. How many Ollies' ever actually got the TR Windblade/Misfire/Twin Twist case? Oh well, that's two stores I'll be hitting today, whatever they have.
And that's the Target exclusive Bumblebee evolution pack, yes? That proved elusive once I actually got the cash together last Christmas, so I'm hoping to see it outside of the ad most of all.

Consider it confirmed, but still YMMV.Stargrave wrote:I just saw on Twitter Jetfire’s on clearance for like half price (? Unconfirmed) now THAT would be a kick in the, you know what I mean.
Not every store has it marked down, but using brickseek.com I saw a couple that did and was close to one today. Now here is where it get's tricky. In the Walmart app Jetfire shows up as "check store for price" at the stores that brickseek shows at $45. The store I visited didn't have a shelf tag, but brickseek was showing two in stock. I checked the toy section and the clearance aisle. No Jetfire to be found. I'm a little hard headed and found my Jetfire on a bottom shelf nowhere near the TF section. So I cruised all the toy aisles and spotted a pallet that was being worked and some of the boxes were marked with "new shelf location" what have you markings. Wanna guess what one of those boxes were? An unopened full case of two Jetfires. Popped the tape and checked the price. $45!
Now to return that Jetfire tomorrow using my original receipt
Good luck and happy hunting

Thanks for the tip! I didn’t know about Brickseek.

Carytheone details how he found that below, and for those wondering, it was only possible with the help of brickseek.com which shows which Walmarts are offering this toy at such a low price. It is far from being all Walmarts, so check brickseek before wasting a trip and being dissapointed.

Someone on the Siege thread probably nailed it. Retail just doesn't have the space for it. The store I found two at for $45 were still in an unopened box with no shelf space allotted. From checking the WM app and brickseek, I keep seeing more and more stores drop the price. Could be a little column a, a little column b. Clear this thing out that we don't have space for because of the holidays.YRQRM0 wrote:I feel like this happened so fast, I wonder why? Something to do with retailers trying to clear things out for a Holiday haul? Or was it Hasbro's call to do this?
I returned Jetfire to a store today that didn't have any in stock and they told me "good thing you have a receipt" - it rang up at $45. I'm going to guess this is going to be a nationwide price point at WMs.
I guess the commander class is going to have the same fate as titan class at retail. I remember at some point, stores didn't even have a spot for various line's leader class.

By sheer amount, yes, I believe the $35 (about 43%) discount is definitely the biggest. By percentage, no, the mistake price of $9.99 for the deluxe wave 1 on HasbroToyShop (back when they existed) and wave 2 briefly on Hasbro Pulse were be greatest at 50%.
