I hate to burst everyone´s bubble so early on a Thursday morning BUT after doing a little research, the staff at SEIBERTRON.com has discovered that Hasbro does NOT own the copyright to the name "Shockwave" for an action figure. That name is now owned by another company named Lanard Toys from Hong Kong which registered for the name almost 6 years ago on February 24th, 1998.
