When you woke up this morning, you probably weren't expecting to see any news related to Transformers: Armada. Alas, here we are as artist Guido Guidi has shared an unused cover for issue 12 of the Dreamwave Armada comic series on his Twitter page. The image is mirrored below, featuring Cyclonus, plus Oval, Spiral, and Backtrack from the Street Speed Mini-Con Team.
Many fans hold Armada in a special place of nostalgic reverence, so remember you can always re-live those days vicariously through our extensive library of Armada toy galleries, or even pick some up for yourself on our eBay store!
While you're on eBay, you can also check out Mr. Guidi's listings for original comic page art, featuring several from All Hail Megatron.

I have the Armada comic in single issues and in an omnibus. It's a great story, and even though Energon was kind of a disappointing follow-up, I still enjoy the whole story arc very much. #3 behind the original Marvel comic and War Within.

Yes, this, very much. Also, if Titan Wars is real, and big figures are a possibility, double-dip potential out there for Tidal Wave/Broadside. I know Broadside has nothing to do with Armada, I just want a ridiculously big Tidal Wave.Delta Magnus wrote:Damn, Cyclonus looks furious. Probably because he hasn't recieved a Generations toy yet.

Primus yes, a Tidal Wave with knees would be magnificent. I think they missed a good opportunity releasing CW Armada Megs with no Tidal Wave (though I realize Armada Megs was probably an after thought after the regular Megatron). I'm also mad that Starscream is so out-of-scale with Megs. Demolishor, Cyclonus, and Sideways desperately need generations figures.
