Yup, the title is not just a bunch of random words strung together even though it may look like it at first. An image has surfaced online regarding a flyer a Sinaporian found in their local Toysrus. It is a flyer regarding a contest where if you spend 100$, you can enter for a chance to win an upcoming exclusive deluxe figure. And those deluxes happen to be part of the upcoming wave 3 of Netflix figures sold at Walmarts in North America. They are the same figure we previously saw but this is the first time we see their official images as well as their names.
We see Netflix Cheetor, the purple Paleotrex which is called Crystallux and the rusty (zombie) Datsun called Rusticon.

We have lots of new stock images to share from the Transformers Kingdom and Studio Series line. For Transformers War for Cybertron Kingdom we have Airazor, Dinobot, Huffer, Ractonite and Arcee. And for Studio Series we have SS-65 B-127 Bumblebee and SS86 Grimlock with Wheelie. These come from collectible toy site Nin Nin Game. Huffer still seems to be that star of that wave. The next Transformers action figure to get the Seibertron.com gallery treatment is none other than Optimus Prime himself. This version of the famed Autobot Leader is from the War for Cybertron Earthrise series.
WFC-E11 Leader Class Optimus Prime includes his iconic Ion Blaster and Combat Deck/Trailer. As an added bonus, some of the photos of Optimus show off his new accessories which were included with the Generations Selects Centurion Drone Weaponizer pack. Among these bonus accessories are a larger Ion Blaster, his energy axe and his drone partner Roller.
The Earthrise version of Optimus Prime was part of the initial wave of Earthrise, originally released around March 2020. The repackaged Kingdom version is showing up at retail currently, with most sightings being found at Target stores in the US. Optimus Prime is currently available online at online retailers like Amazon.com.
Optimus Prime is also a carryover from Earthrise to the first wave of Kingdom. Presumably, the toy is the same. I didn't open WFC-K11 Optimus Prime to confirm, however. Some of the pictures in the gallery feature Optimus Prime alongside other Kingdom series Transformers as well as ones released in Earthrise. Also included are images of Kingdom Optimus Prime's packaging and collector card.
Have you added Optimus Prime to your collection? Share your thoughts either way here in our topic about Seibertron.com's new galleries from Transformers War for Cybertron Earthrise.
The next two figures out in the Transforemrs RED series are Cheetor and Prime Arcee and Prime vs Prime has a review of these two. As you will see from the comparison shots (you can also see screencaps below), there is no attempt at any kind to scale. This is a uniform 6 inch action figure line and that's about it. While the Arcee looks great, the Cheetor leaves a lot to be desired especially with the face. We'll let you all be the judge of that of course, let us know what you think.
We have news of new Transformers toys coming in Happy Meals for international markets. The first country known to have these will be Singapore and we even have the dates for when particular characters from Transformers Cyberverse will be available:
Bumblebee – from January 7th to January 13th
Megatron – from January 14th to January 20th
Starscream– from January 21st to January 27th
Optimus Prime – from February 4th to February 10th
These are non transforming figures (as has been the case for over a decade now) and their chest plate has a lenticular lens. There are also My Little Pony toys available at the same time. We do not know if the US will be getting these at a later date.
How many of you have been collecting the map pieces that come with your mainline Transformers Earthrise toys? I know I haven't, which is why it was pretty cool to see a complete map in this Earthrise Trhust video review. We have the video below along with a still of the map.
As is clear, this one still has a way to go before its finished and ready for sale but it does give us a good idea what the final product may look like. Flame Toys Kuro Kara Kuri range is their high end non-transforming figure range and already includes heavy hitters like Tarn and a fully combinable Victory Saber (made up of Star Saber and Victory Leo).
What do you think of this version of this fan favourite? Are you looking forward to the eventually unveiling of the prototype? Let us know in the Energon Pub and stay tuned to Seibertron for all the latest news and reviews!
Fellow Seibertron D-Maximus Primal has sent us some images of the new Ectotron figure with comparisons to the old figure and other crossover figures. He also described the main differences for us and gave a quick review:
You have a brand new and very stylish head sculpt, complete with a faceplate and some nice goggles. It's really nice, better than the original.
There is also retooling done to the legs. The ladder switched sides, and there are new molded bits to accommodate the switch while removing the ladder mounts on the original side.
The deco is inspired by the upcoming Ghostbusters Afterlife film, which was originally coming out last summer but was pushed a year. It's highly anticipated. The new Ectotron features a dirtier white, along the lines of the Star Wars Black Series Remnant Stormtrooper colors, as well as decent rust paint, cracked logos, and even a new logo and rear license plate deco.
It comes with an unpainted Slimer like the original, but also includes a new blue ghost from the upcoming movie.
Overall, it's a very nice new take on Eck. I would say the head outshines the original. And while the rust paint apps could use work, it does have a nice worm feel to it.
I'd recommend it to anyone with an interest in Ghostbusters, and even someone who has the original Ectotron. It's a good mold, and I really enjoy both takes on Eck that we've gotten.
