VES awards to be held February 7. DOTM has been nominated for:
- Outstanding Visual Effects in a Visual Effects-Driven Feature Motion Picture.
- Outstanding Created Environment in a Live Action Feature Motion Picture - for 155 Wacker Drive.

Recently we have reported that Transformers Dark Of The Moon has been
shortlisted as the final 15 films for this year Oscar's Best Visual Effect award.
Now, Transformers DOTM is still in the running for this award as The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has just released the list of last 10 films for nominations in the visual effects category at the upcoming Academy Awards.
Members of the visual effects group can screen 10-minute excerpts of the shortlisted film on Thursday, Jan. 19, after which point they will vote to nominate five selections for Oscar night consideration.
