There is more than meets the eye with the upcoming Voyager Hound from Transformers: The Last Knight. The video review below shows how the 4 weapons combine on a stand for weapon storage in both modes. They also show how you can have overhead cannons and the removable helmet.

We have some images posted below highlighting these features but you can also view the review if you are so inclined. Also, you will notice that this new review from yesterday still has the Red Cross logos on the toy.

I really want to see a 3p accessory that utilizes the multitude of ports to give him his movie rear, and possibly even a roof-mounted turret. Or you know, an actual back piece for vehicle mode.

The recent news of the series 2 Tiny Turbo Changers brought to light some older toys we had seen at Toy Fair. We are lucky here at Seibertron that the site owner had been so diligent with the images because these show without a doubt that it is Hot Rod we are getting, since we see his alt mode clearly on the show floor. We also see Cogman's alt mode and Sqweek's alt mode, which is great since his Turbo Changer figure looked like it wouldn't transform.

So without further ado, here are the robot modes for the figures followed by images of them on the show floor so you can now mix and match them to get a more rounded look at the figures in both modes and confirm who they are.

It looks like the Barricade tiny turbo changer has his chaingun wristband stored on the back of his vehicle like the deluxe figure!

I'm getting a strong GoBots Scooter vibe from Sqweeks's eyed vehicle mode, but only from that mode of that toy.

I'm a little more surprised they didn't repaint RID Legion Grimlock into TLK Grimlock.

TTC Shockwave seems to have changed slightly since Toy Fair. At TF he had symmetric arm canons, but the scanned image shows he has a different shaped gray gun on his left arm now.

Possible his left arm at TF is just another right arm on backwards. Legs look different, but probably just on backwards. Love that they painted his face, he's one to get for sure.

Well shoot, I was hoping I could pass on Hound but that removable helmet really won me over. I hope he won't have as many balance issues as the one in the review, but honestly John Goodman made him the only one of the new AoE Autobots I enjoyed, so I'd like him on my shelf next to Prime and Bee (and hopefully Hot Rod).

Via the Toys'R'Us stores of Matteson and Niles in Illinois, we have the sighting of Turbo Changer Knight Armor Megatron from the Transformers The Last Knight toyline! The image mirrore below is courtesy of fellow fansite TFormers user Dah Padre, and featured the berserker looking mask for the Decepticon leader. Check it out!

Also from the Transformers: The Last Knight toyline, but for the more interactive, kid-friendly side of things, we have some stock photography for two versions of Optimus Prime in the Allspark Tech Starter set, featuring one of the figures, a cube and a cube charger! Check it out below, including a tweaked translation from the Swiss German description on Spielplanet.ch.

Transformers Allspark Starter Set, Movie 5, 1 Figure, Charging Cable and Tech Cube, from 6+.
When the cube is placed in the figure, more than 15 lights and sounds are activated. The cube detects whether the figure is in robot or vehicle mode. The cube also supplies other Allspark Tech figures with energy.

Huh, are they bringing the Allspark back into the plot? Would be strange to base a toy's gimmick around a plot point from ten years ago.

Remember that weird-looking redeco of DOTM Voyager Optimus Prime we saw in an Argos catalog that everyone kept arguing over whether or not it was a KO? Well, this guy went and got himself an Argos booklet that had a much better look at that Optimus figure.

That is no KO, as it is most definitely a Hasbro stock render of both modes:

I have cracked the code!
I’ve been doing some online research on these Tiny Turbo Changers blind bags trying to see what bag has which character. The forums haven’t been helpful, many saying there aren’t codes anymore due to anti-gambling laws! This simply is not true, because I found individual letter codes on each package near the small window (which also gives you a hint). The codes are:
A – Grimlock gold
B – Grimlock black
C – Lockdown
D – Hound
E – Bee yellow
F – Crosshairs
G – Blackout
H – Soundwave
J – Starscream
K – Sideswipe
L – Bee black
! – Prime
Yes, Prime seems to be an exclamation point. Happy hunting!

If you would like to see what some of the Tiny Turbo Changers look like outside of their blind bags, check out this article.

When sifting through to find the ones i wanted(using this identification letter code system) i'm sure that i spotted one with an S on it, i never got it so i dunno what figure it could possibly be?

Nah it prob wasn't an S, but it looked like an S, some of those letters are kinda hard to make out & some are misprinted &/or messed up that you can't make out what they are

Aye prob Grindor

Springer? he wasn't even in any of the Bayformers movies

I would like to see a larger robot toy with the 4 rotor craft in the trailer as an alt mode that would be nice.

Also if that green Blackout is Springer that would be OK I suppose - as it would be a bit like Evac having a couple of Movie bodies.

Springer's unused design was pretty nice though. But Drift's (former) Helicopter mode is going to make people wonder why he wouldn't be a triplechanger. I am fine with a plane Vanilla Helicopter mode though.

---

Of for the bling bags I'd love to see them make toys of any and all characters who never or rarely had a toy before (Like Brains or the Kitchen crew) as well as revisit the likes of Dino, The Wreckers, Barricade, Frenzy, Jolt, Jetfire, Wheelie, or even Dispensor or Oreo-bot in someform.

He was supposed to be in Revenge of the Fallen but didn't make the cut.

However, he did end up getting two toys released, a Legends and a Robot Heroes.

Doesn't that Legends alt mode remind you of the TTC's alt mode?

I would think Grindor would be a gray version of this mold (even if the comics made him green).

Nah not really, as one is an osprey & the other is a different type of aircraft, but i guess we'll find out the identification of it when wave 2 is released

Since it's molded and not paint, it shouldn't really matter. Wouldn't be the first time an Autobot had a molded Decepticon symbol.

Either way, it's either Grindor or Springer. It is worth noting they've used only characters that were in one of the movies so far (pending Beserker).

All kidding aside, I strongly suspect Hasbro wants to keep that name firmly attached to the big, fat, green, large-jawed Autobot for brand/marketing consistency, like how G1 Chase's Titans Return toy is named "Autobot Roadburn" instead of "Autobot Chase" (what with he "Chase" name being associated with the more recognizable Rescue Bot).

Then maybe that's why we have this green helicopter? Hasbro wants to keep the name Springer attached to that alt mode in that colour scheme but don't have any plans in particular for a Springer toy in the near future; so they just attach it to whatever random helicopter mold they can find and it just so happened in this case to be this TTC?

Berserker is becoming more and more of an outlier in this movie toyline. The two alt modes he has in the toyline are completely different. And I dont just mean some details or car make, I mean the alt mode itself is a completely different kind of car. The one step and the tiny turbo changer have a totally different alt mode than the deluxe. And if they wanted to simply avoid a license, they could have done so with changing less. It seems like instead he has different toys dependent on what the concept art for his alt mode was at the moment of the toy being planned. Just a guess, but its odd how it varies widely and they are all unique molds.

This was an odd one. It all started when fellow Seibertronian Carnivius_Prime found an odd image of and Optimus Prime toy in an Argos catalogue (pictured below). It wasn't a clear image so the initial idea was that Argos messed up, and possibly using an image of a random toy, and maybe even a KO. The catalogue was plagued with other errors so we did not know if this Optimus was real. More recently, Jalaguy from Allspark found this same catalogue and took a clearer image. In it we can see that this is indeed a new intricate, but odd, deco we have never seen on the Dark of the Moon Voyager Optimus Prime. It features new weapons we have never gotten before and a deco filled with magenta specks. Clearly, the catalogue was supposed to have the other Voyager Prime being shown instead but this shows us an upcoming release that has yet to be revealed officially from Hasbro (like so much of this line). It is probably another store exclusive, but that is clearly speculation at this point.

Its accurate to this movie, with all the blood of humanity splattered onto Optimus' body after his murderous rampage.

Also, its not the last deluxe, since this is a voyager toy. I think its a store exclusive.
