Also, i can sense that the Beast Wars Uprising Homage is coming, Clever. :-P

Also, I'm happy about them as new molds (Apeface/Snapdragon  )   :BOT: :CON: :MAXIMAL: :BH-PREDACON:

Not quite sure why me specifically... but yes, I am VERY happy :D Beast Wars was my second favourite Transformers cartoon (just behind Animated; but only just) so it's wonderful to see it get this level of representation again. Add onto that that we're apparently getting Apeface and Snapdragon who have some of the most beautiful G1 Jet modes imo and that's just lovely.

I wonder if that hidden Deluxe listing is World War II Bumblebee if they don't make him now - I'd want him released as a prelude to the 2018 Movie at least. he needs a toy i'd say.

Although I have the previous deluxe, I ordered this TR windblade as she seems sturdier especially in jet mode... looking forward tho I'm surprised they didn't hide the arms or st least hands better

Damnation...okay HasTak this will be my 3rd and last Windblade to end all figures Windblade for me! :-P This newest Windblade has the greatest face sculpt of all IMO.

How cool this mold could have been for Slipstream had it come sooner. :VEHI:

Several of our various site sponsors have posted their pre-order listings for Generations Titans Return Wave 5 products, which are either out on the shelves now or coming soon depending on where you live in the world. Thanks to a tip from Seibertronian Impulse, we've been alerted of listings for the latest Deluxe Class figures as well, those being the highly anticipated Windblade, Twintwist, and Misfire!

Check out the listings below from our site's sponsors (listed alphabetically by sponsor), and don't forget to note your local sightings in our Sightings Page when you see these at your local retailer!

Dang... I found that Windblade very boring. It wins for most functional bot mode. But the Thrilling 30-bot mode was prettier. RiD has a more interesting Transformation.

:( I can handle not getting another Windblade for a while...

I do wish this Windblade was a bit more accurate to the IDW design with a different distribution of mass and the proper sword, but she still looks great and while I want the whole wave of Deluxes as all three mean something to me she's at the top of the list.

Though I do wonder where on Cybertron those new swords came from. I kinda get that there's two of them because Titan Master seat gimmick (though while it made some sense for guns, I have no idea how a Titan Master is supposed to use two swords as a turret...) but the general design of them also seems to have come out of nowhere. It'll probably turn out to be some super duper secret weapon for Murderblade in the Titans Return Machinima or something. Can't wait for that

Still, they look cool, so I can't find myself complaining too much :P Since they don't look like her actual sword and considering she's much more of a diplomat and peace-seeker anyway, I'll probably give 'em to Offroad or Weirdwolf or something.

Hasbro employee 1: "Hey, we're almost done designing this new Windblade figure, but we need a Titan Master compatible weapon. Any ideas?"

Hasbro employee 2: "Can't we just give her a gun like everyone else?"

HE1: "Nah, Windblade's never used a gun. Think of something else.

HE2: "How about we put chairs on swords?"

HE1: "GENIUS!!!"

Joking aside, I do like the look of this figure (aside from the swords), and I'll be picking her up along with Twintwist and Misfire.

Really? The datapads were total shelfwarmers here. It's the other legends that you'll never, e-e-ever find in stores. I only have Brawn, Gnaw, and Kickback because I bought them online (and paid too much for them, more than deluxes should cost even).

Sky Shadow's jet mode is completely different to Overlord's -- which is pretty awesome because it's a not-so-insignificant amount of retooling to that end.

Heh, those photos certainly show the issue with Overlord being a Leader-class figure instead of Supreme-class.
Looking at those Masterforce screencaps highlights where part of Overlord's IDW design came from: His IDW design's shoulders are based om how his G1 design's shoulders look when the chest cover panels are open. They're that, tutned into the overall shape of the shoulder.

Albatross250 wrote:Does Anyone created a fan made Base mode for Overlord instead of the Dai-Atlas Base mode from Sky Shadow?

What that base mode actually is, is Overlord's base mode minus the separate ramp pieces that allow the Gigatank halves to connect off to the sides (and a,so minus other kibble like the radar and claw crane pieces), so they instead have to attach where they would for robot or Space Jet mode. Other than that, the details are very much those of Overlord's base mode. Has the high overlook chamber that's an underside cockpit in jet mode and everything.
