In case you've forgotten, both Cybertron form Ratchet and Arcee were figures that got canceled last year, like the rest of the new Animated releases now being released as retailer exclusives.

'I'd like Ratchet, but Arcee does nothing for me.'
Funny, Arcee makes me hot.

i have a feeling it was a lame reason like "we didnt think boys would want a girl robot" but yeah, hopefully there's a better more reasonable reason.

Totally agree. Too stylized. Just looks goofy. Mostly it's the faces that bother me, but overall the roundness and curviness of everything gets to me, too. Robots are supposed to be full of hard angles like rectangles and squares!

I was just at TRU today. Dangit.
There was NOTHING. Not a single Arcee or Ratchet in sight. And they had just restocked a full case of Animated figures, too.
Grrargh.
Looks like eBay might be my best bet. I just don't have time and patience to call and have 'em check the number, only to have it be wrong, and I don't have the gas to make an 80 mile (round trip) drive just to come home empty handed. Those days have come and gone.

Hope you guys don't take this too personally, but I really don't understand this type of posting. Obviously you don't like TFA, you've said as much, so why go into a topic that you know will be about TFA figures just to express your dislike? I'm not a fan of any of the Beast-era stuff, so if see a topic about Beast-era figures I just don't read it. I certainly don't just pop in to tell people how much I don't like it.
Back on topic.
Talous wrote:Sweet! If their in Huston it wont be long for them to get to Amarillo. Ratchet might be an impulse buy, but Arcee will be mine.
They may already be there. They were bought in Oklahoma City this morning.

There was a prototype made froma remolded blur, but it looked just like blur in pink with a slightly different head.
There is 1 picture in existance of the prototype and no one knows what happeend to the hard copy.

Actually the G1 prototype shared no parts of Blurr. The misconception stems from the fact that their vehicle modes have very similer shapes. The other proposed G1 Arcee was to be a repainted Chromedome for the Headmaster line. Thank Primus that never saw the light of day...

redsaleen wrote:Has anyone who found these and actually bought them able to have them scanned and be found in the computer???? I was just at TRU and the UPC is not even in the computer, hopefully this wasn't just some cases leaked.
So far, all of the reported sightings confirmed that the UPCs aren't in the computer. You'll have to have them run the SKN number to purchase them.
Though you do bring up an interesting point...these were due out in April, and with them not being in the system, it fits.
I wonder if they'll start barring purchases until this fiasco is figured out? That would suck...

I've been to 4 differant TRU's in 2 differant countys in California, and many miles apart from one another, and i havent had any luck tracking down either Arcee or Cybertron Mode Ratchet. But on a brighter note, when a purchased Electrostatic Soundwave awhile back(thinking early December '09), he was not in the TRU computer system at the time of purchase either. So this could be a good sign that they may have been released early!
