Just heard the trailer is supposed to debut at halftime of the game. they are 10:31 left in the second, so probably another half hour or so

The anticipation is killing me. Sitting here watching the stupid football game, hoping something comes up.

Just found out I don't have sports channels. . . Looks like I'm waiting for them to post it. Hopefully it goes online when it shows on TV.

HOLY SCRAP! I turned on a YouTube livestream just as the trailer came on. It was blurry so I couldn't get all the details, but. . . Prime just stabbed Bee!

Wow! I can't wait! It looks like Prime's eyes are purple and evil. I wonder if he finds the 'creators' and they reprogram him or something and sends him back to earth to await their arrival to conquer earth??? i don't know...but I can't wait!!!

And right there in the credits, the man who "wrote" Batman and Robin and Lost in Space. Truly there is no end in sight.

Though, I did like that song they played in the background, anyone recognize it?

I think it was from Imagine Dragons.

I think that scary planet thing has a face in its core.

Well... that happened. And it looked awesome. Anyways, that dragon you guys claim to be seeing just looks like strafe to me. And what you guys were saying looked like unicron, looks alot like the torn up, mostly dead remains of cybertron from when it was destroyed in DOTM. Regardless, hope this toyline is an improvement over the last one. And I hope it has it's own line, not one piggy-backed onto generations/Titans return.

The song is a cover to "do you realize??" By the flaming lips. Dunno who the cover artist is.

I know I've seen that "apple core" planet from somewhere...

Watch it again....the dragon is the first (assumed) Cybertronian on screen in the trailer. It has 3 distinct heads, a much longer body than Strafe/Swoop, and actual arms, along with a longer and not-split tail, like Swoop/Strafe.

People aren't going to spend real money to see this, are they?

Pretty sure the planet is Cybertron after it was destroyed in DotM, not Unicron.



The split in the middle matches how it was only halfway through the portal when it closed in that film.

Nothing wrong with that. General audience loves them and in the end it helps the brand grow more and more.

People who whine and moan saying these movies do more harm than good, I just look over and see my giant CHUG collection with Metroplex and Fort Max towering over them and laugh.

It's like this cover was done for a Michael Bay movie. Interesting.

That looks like it's gonna be a lot of stupid mixed with some pretty decent stuff. I think that was Onslaught, and he looks awesome. Sir Anthony Hopkins is gonna be awesome in his roll, even if the writer gives his the stupidest lines, he'll kill 'em. That dragon could be cool, or it could be dissappointingly gimmicky like the Dinobots were in the last film.

Still, I'm excited that their bringing Josh Duhamel back. He was one of the better things in the last trilogy.

No matter how many logical explication are given, I just can't wrap my head around how people can enjoy this crap. The same with twilight, or 50 shades, how this stuff makes money is beyond me.

The single worst part? The more money this crap kakes, the farther away we get from ever having a movie that shows off the deep characterization and storytelling potential that the Transformers mythos actually posses. Sometimes, success isn't worth the cost.

Not in life, just in regards to the hobby. You can't get away from a new movie. It infects every thing about the fandom. We've all been here before, 4 different times.

I don't think they'd kill off Bumblebee, but it's good to have some possible reassurance.

I got that same vibe too. He doesn't have a very "marketable" face, like it hasn't had the same amount of effort put in to most of the main characters.

He shares design elements from Long Haul, though obviously with a friendlier face, so I'm guessing new guy immediately dies but we're supposed to feel sad about it.

I also like how Optimus' big "I'm gonna sort this shit out" moment at the end of the last movie ended up.
