The three San Diego Comic-Con 2018 exclusive products (Throne of the Primes, Trading Card Game, Retro Pop Vol 1) are online and in stock! These products were available at San Diego Comic-Con 2018, but not everyone could've attended, and following the tradition of the past, all exclusives are up for grabs on their website!

For me it was only in stock at noon, I kept refreshing and it wouldn't actually give me the buy button until 12:10pm. Site kept going down so I finally got my order to complete at 12:25.
Will, I expect this to sell out very quickly. You're forgetting that it comes with four exclusive Prime Masters essential to anyone wanting to complete the set. Plus Primitive Prime sold out in 20 minutes last year and the big IDW comic crossover set sold out in 10 minutes. Size has nothing to do with it, popular items will sell out no matter how big or expensive it is.

Just messaged you guys about this. Was able to get my order through for the THRONE OF THE PRIMES. Took forever though, first they changed out of stock to IN STOCK, and then the add to cart button came up after about 9:12am pst. Then it was an ordeal for the site to get to the subsequent pages.

Finally got it to go through! I had to keep opening new tabs for new payment attempts and closing previous tabs for each failed attempt. Finally got one to reach the successful order page. I just hope that none of my failed attempts actually went through on HTS's end, or else I just ended up ordering three or four of the set. X_X

Which now that I saw the total prices, would be 10-14$ more than what the total cost of the Throne on HTS was. So its not terrible, but people now have to wait longer.
Sorry to those who could not get it in time. And Emerje, yeah I guess it sold out super quickly afterall.
Worse case scanerio is you get 2 since thats the limit per household.

Something was messed up with the Paypal checkout process and I ended up with only a single Bumblebee set. I was on my phone when they went up, it just took that long. Really painful this year, which was a surprise after the relative ease of the past 3-4 since they relaunched on new software.

Oh so close. I was right there waiting and got in past proceed to payment...when page loaded, it had my old address. Had to go back a page, change address down-arrow, payment again....and sold out, lol. Lame for me but glad some people got their orders in.

i had the cards and primal right when they went up. then spent 27 minutes stuck at the address verification. afterwords the cards were removed from my purchase for being sold out. at least I snagged primal

I was watching the site since this morning, and I got the page up and tried to add the monkey and the cards, never got further then pushing the add buttons.
My buddy who was trying foe the Dr Alpa Set was able to get 2 Monkeys for me, but the cards were sold out. But at least he got them. Now I just gotta wait til Christmas when he passes through ont he way to his parents for the holiday.

Eh, I think we all fully expected this to sell out fast. Glad I put an order in with Amiami last week for the Throne set and Encore Big Convoy. I’ll just be shipping them with BW Megatron in January.
According to Amiami’s rate conversion, their Throne of the Primes is actually a buck cheaper. Granted I’ll have to pay for shipping, but since I’ll already be shipping stuff from them in January anyway, it’s no big deal. Plus I didn’t have to sweat over getting in on the Hasbro one today.

so after 2 week of waiting and checking on 8/13 starting at 12:01 I come up dry go figure things go on sale 20 min After I have to leave the house. Most disappointing part is the cards I really wanted. Spent 4 days at gencon and came up with no packs. Worst part is while complaining about the scalpers to the vender I had 2 try and sell me the pack for $40 and 2 more trying to sell them to people in line that were wanting for demos. I told the one to Fuck off because I dont deal with scalper scum, the other I was more polite to because there were kids around and told him to go fornicate with a collapsible baton

I got my email confirmation within about 10 minutes of placing the final order. If you don't hear anything soon, you might want to contact Hasbro Toy Shop customer service.
Also, are you guys sure you hit "Order" at the bottom of the summary screen after putting in your payment information? It looked like a confirmation screen, and I'm glad that I scrolled all the way down and saw that the order actually hadn't been placed yet. That would have broken my heart if I had gotten that far and missed that last step.
With everyone else's horror stories about trying to order from HTS this afternoon, I'm reminded of the absolute shit show that was trying to order from MattyCollector.com back in the day. *shudders*

I got a confirmation from PayPal that HTS got the payment (transaction ID Number), and that is all. No e-mails or order number form HTS. Maybe those that pay directly form Credit/Debit get confirmations quicker? While those using paypal take longer?? I Hope...

I got a confirmation from PayPal that HTS got the payment (transaction ID Number), and that is all. No e-mails or order number form HTS. Maybe those that pay directly form Credit/Debit get confirmations quicker? While those using paypal take longer?? I Hope...

Yeah, I paid by card, so maybe that does make a difference on how fast you get an email confirmation from HTS.

I paid by card since paypal wasnt working.
I got my cofirmation number and the page gives me the option to print. But still no e-mail. I wont bother with customer service though, I have better things to do and worst case scenario I order from Amazon Japan which would come out to the same price.

I was driving when I noticed it came in stock. I pulled over and couldn't get a mobile order to go through so I tried the only sensible thing, my laptop via cellular hotspot. Had a similar experience as a lot of people where I had to keep trying over and over to get past the payment page and then when I finally clicked the order button... "out of stock".
Dammit. So I did the next sensible thing and locked down a preorder at bbts before those dry up.
I'm probably wrong but I have a weird feeling TotPs may go back up later, cause damn that was fast!

Now I'm wondering if I'm an idiot, I didn't purchase the figure logged in. I might not get an email at all because of that, but that doesn't mean I won't get it.

I checked out as a guest, and it requires an email address. There is no reason they won't send you one. I took a snapshot of my order number and checked-in using only that. It appears that it is there.

perhaps, but IIRC, even if you purchase as a guest (which i did), you should still get an e-mail since HTS has your e-mail that is linked to paypal...(unless you went in as a guest and straight up paid with your card...But even then I thought you had to put in an e-mail address ...)??
