Something tells me the "ghosts" will be something akin to what you see in a Scooby-Doo episode. Aside from Cybertronian mythology, Prime and Rescue Bots have both steered clear of the supernatual.

About as supernatural as the Changelings from DS9.

I mean, come on, the episodes that led up to Dr. Morocco's appearance were incredible. Several episodes that pieced together into an overarching plot that culminated in a great two-part event. And what have we gotten since that high point? Fillers.
Don't get me wrong, some of them have been fun and great, but... they're still fillers. As great as they were, they haven't amounted to anything. I don't want this show to just be random filler after filler with ill nutritional value.
Episodes 10-13 really set the bar high in terms of storytelling and development, and I don't want that to be this show's only moment of above and beyond greatness. If they wanted this show to be just random fun and nothing too significant, then they shouldn't have raised our expectations with such a great storyline so early into the series with nothing as good to follow through afterward. In fact, if that arc was meant to be the highest point, then they should have saved that story arc for the end of the season instead of having it come halfway through.

Remind me again, Griffin Rock is supposed to be in *Maine,* right? Considering everything that goes on, it's more like it's in Washington State.

Dude, I've been saying that ever since Rescue Bots first aired! This show is fun, lively, energetic, uplifting, emotional, humorous, and actually attempts to TELL A STORY right from the get-go, and makes good use of ALL of its characters to make them all likable.Autobot Megatron wrote:It might just be me being a little ticked off with the Prime hiatus, but right now, RB > Prime.

That's right, Dr. Morocco has managed to succeed where both the Decepticons and MECH have failed! He's conquered Griffin Rock, changing it into the dystopia Moropolis, he's created an army of fully functional transforming warrior robots, and he did it all ON HIS OWN! Forget Megatron and Silas, all hail Tim Curry!
They're MorBots, just like the one from episodes 12-13.BeastProwl wrote:Holy Crsp! Those look like Vehicons! OMG! GetRightRobot's alive!

HE SAID THE WORD "DECEPTICONS"!!! Not simply the sugar-coated phrase of "Those who would do us harm," but "DECEPTICONS"!!!!
Oh, YEAH! The gloves come off this weekend, Morocco!
This is gonna be EPIC!!! AMAZING!!! ALPHANUMERIC!!!!

But seriously, is that honestly what you think this show is? Some Sesame Street ripoff with robots? You have NO idea what lengths this show has gone to. How far it has come within its first 26 episodes. The sheer scale of this show has reach beyond all expectations, even going as far as to have many critical and even downright EPIC moments with a sense of humbleness and sincerity that a show like Transformers: Prime could only dream of ever achieving. It is THAT good.
And, it did it all without any Decepticons. That's right. It told a complete 26-episode episode spanning story and history without a single Decepticon needing to come along.
Oh, but that isn't to say that there weren't any threats or antagonists in this show. Quite the opposite. Almost very episode reached catastrophic levels to some degree for the events that occurred. Especially whenever a certain primary antagonist would make his presence known. In those episodes, the gloves came off for our heroes.
And what's more, this antagonist I speak of, he's still at large! Regardless of his being defeated at times, he's proven to be a great enough threat that the Autobots simply can't touch, always staying one step ahead of the game.
Even the guest stars of Optimus Prime and Bumblebee are awesome in this show, and that's saying something considering how little appeal there is to the two of them in TF: Prime.
All in all, this show is ace and far more uplifting than the constant doom and gloom of TF: Prime.

Blades: Oh no! There's a volcano erupting!
Heatwave: Well, we need your help, tiny toddler minds that are far superior to our incredibly advanced minds. What should we do????
(Awkward Pause)
Heatwave: That's a good idea, but let's ask our rescue bots.
Boulder: In all, kids, Heatwave called you dumbasses! *thumbs up*
This show is hardly anything similar to a Sprout show. I wouldn't consider it better than Prime, but I find it more interesting than the Unicron Trilogy & Animated, IMO.

No Decepticons? BORING.......ZZZZzzzzzz. lol
No Im sure it is a very well made enticing show its just not in my interest right now. Besides in my opinion in the past few years there are way too many multiple simultaneous Transformers universes, series, and franchises going on at the moment and Rescue Bots for me just did not make my cut. With all the live action movies, video games, animated shows, all with mix mash characters and stories going on, all thrown into a blender........... I can only eat so much before I get full.
And poor Peter Cullen....he's like "Whatever, just send me my check and I'll say whatever lines you want me to say" lol.
And anyhow Im a Decepticon at heart. I like juicy Decepticon stories. I get bored if there is no Decepticon story or conflict. Right now Im deep into the video game realm of Transformers WFC and FOC. Those stories there is what I want more of.
That being said Im sure Rescue Bots is a good show, just not for me. But who knows I might get bored one day and decide to watch an episode or two.
