Hasbro's NYCC 2011 Transformers exclusives are available at HasbroToyShop.com. These products were made available between 10:00am and 10:30am on Wednesday morning. This is a great opportunity to pick up the Transformers Cuponk set ($19.99), the Bumblebee NERF Barricade Blaster ($24.99), or Transformers Prime New York Comic Con Special Edition Figures set ($29.99) for those who could not attend the event. According to Hasbro, these items will be available in limited quantities. As of this news posting, the NYCC2011 discount code does NOT work on these items. If you encounter problems while trying to place an order, you can call HasbroToyShop.com to place your order over the phone by calling 1-800-408-0052.

I got 1 to open, and 1 to keep MISB. Since Arcee is the main attraction for me, I will be saving my money for the single, blue deluxe prime Arcee to come out, get 2 of those, paint one purple and have the three sisters in a prime mold

you should be able to check your order once it goes through. If a glitch made you order more than one just call customer service. I can't imagine they'd have an issue taking them off your bill.
Same deal with if you only get one and get charged more than once. Keep your recipt and check your bill at the end of the month. If something's wrong, call the credit card company

I was getting errors, too. Watch carefully how you enter your info. Mine backed out of the session and I had to log out and back in. Finally had to call customer service and they took over my session and got me 2 of the Prime sets and 2 of the Spidey Max Carnage sets. If you're still having issues, I recommend going the Customer Service 800# route. Just make sure you have the item numbers handy.

It shouldn't. I was using a gift card so it couldn't multiple charge; it's seeming to stall just before the charge.
Basically it's like the online equivalent of having too many shoppers and not enough cash registers.

Okay this is just crazy.. I have tried from 3 different computers all with diff browsers and still I can't get through. My info I keep checking and its fine. I have ordered from HTS before same info no prob. Maybe I am just not meant to have them, I was on the fence anyway...

Just ordered mine. The order didn't go through until 9:44/10:44 am. The site didn't show the set was up until around 9:15/10:15. I had to use my credit card because the site was having an error processing PayPal.

Sadly I have seen products on HTS ripped right out of my cart when they went out of stock WHILE I was in the process of ordering them. I just hope this gets straightened out. Wow phone lines overrun too...Methinks they were unprepared for this.

Mehopes Hasbro corporate hears about this and it provides them with more evidence that TF collectors will line up for stuff like this and more incentive to offer us more fanservice in the future, in the form of more exclusives and more fan-focused releases.
They should recognize the fact that while over-produced Bumblebee molds and other unwanted crap are gathering dust on store shelves and preventing stores from stocking newer waves, their website and 800-number are being overwhelmed with rabid fans lining up to buy an exclusive.

I didn't have an issue when I ordered my SDCC Prime when they 1st came online. So either there's more hype with the NYCC ones or their servers picked a bad day to be buggy... or maybe I was just lucky with my SDCC order.
It's making me happy I went to NYCC. Geez. Hope all you guys struggling with the site and phone get your figure(s)!

The second they showed up I tried to get the Bee/Arcee set...for nearly two hours now I have been trying to get the order through. Finally just now I called waited only about 5 minutes and in two minutes had my set. Wooo!!! Thank you sales rep for your quick order taking. It's good to know that I spent 2 hours in line (LEAVING MY TABLE IN ARTIST ALLEY WHERE I MAKE MONEY) to stand in line and pay to purchase something, then ship it home. When I could have just waited a few days and bought it off the internet at non-scalping prices and actually 3 dollars cheaper. Show EXCLUSIVE my rear drive shaft.

Well it's the price of definitely getting the set and having it in hand vs. the set maybe still having stock after the show and the stock maybe going on Hasbro Toy Store and then you maybe getting one before it sells out. Can't put a price on certainty.

Well it's the price of definitely getting the set and having it in hand vs. the set maybe still having stock after the show and the stock maybe going on Hasbro Toy Store and then you maybe getting one before it sells out. Can't put a price on certainty.

Seems their site is a bit wonky right now. Did my order. Went to complete and got an error. Called them and the rep brought it right up and completed it.
She kept asking about a promo code though. I tried the NYCC2011 one, but it didn't work so I just went on without it.

Well it's just an early bird special with a fancy package rather than an exclusive repaint or retool. Guess people are willing to wait for the regular release at half the price. On a Marvel collector's site, they said Hasbro officially stated that tue code won't work on these or any other exclusive and the code is operational until November.
Full price or nothing. I'll wait for retail then.
