I'm lost here.
Who's the narrator? Magnus? Galvy? Scorpy?
All I get is that it's somehow related to Marvel UK with their time-travelling Galvatron tales.

If anyone has any insight, please enlighten us all... I'd like to say that I liked it beyond just the art, but the story reads like it's a single page ripped from a much larger story, taken so far out of context that it serves only to confuse...

Wait wait! I think I got it!
Galvatron is the Narrator, and Megatron is slagging Fort Max behind him, Galvatron remembers his nemesis (Magnus) dying at the hands of the Decepticons, which he originally saw from Megatron's point of view!

This was narrated by Galvatron, who had come back in time from the Movie Universe to wreak havoc on the world. According to the Movie, Megatron was reformatted by Unicron into Galvatron, so anything Megatron witnessed falls into the realm of Galvatron's memories. From Megatron's eyes, he sees Ultra Magnus blasting Scorponok and therefore being mauled by the Decepticons. Galvatron remembers seeing all this happen because Megatron was right there, blasting Fortress Maximus at the time. Time travel does get confusing, even, apparently, for Galvatron.

The Time Wars, one of the greatest Marvel UK stories of all time. It has got to be read as it just kicks ass! For those who don't know, Galvatron had just got half his face blown away by Roadbuster using an experimental cannon, which then blew up killing Roadbuster, but not killing Galvatron.

It's from the Time Wars arc from Marvel UK #204, where Galvatron's presence with Megatron in the same timestream were causing the universe to unbind, and Fort Max/Scorponok/Soundwave/Magnus' teams teamed up to take down Galvatron and send him back to his timeline. Megatron's killing of Cyclonus (before he was even created) accelerated the destruction. Scorponok was pretty much underestimating Galvatron and got punched through, when Magnus' shabby aiming shot him instead. Scorpy's Cons then took revenge on Magnus...
This Mosaic's from the P.O.V of Galvatron btw. Galvatron at that time was having conflicting memories (one version from Megatron's perspective, and another from Galvatron's perspective). Before that, he saved Megatron from Roadbuster's cannon blast (cos he remembered being blasted by RB in this situation back when he was Megatron). But since he has now saved Megatron from that blast by taking it onto himself (hence his face damage), the past memory of being blasted as Megatron "didn't exist anymore" due to history being changed. This conflicting memory further drove Galvatron insane as he tried to connect the change in memory.
Better explained by a extract:
"As a mind already teetering on the edge of madness tries to grasp why present events conflict with those he once saw..."Anyway, nice art. Homages the original issue very well (including the sound effects)

After seeing this and the covers of the IDW Marvel reprints, it makes me wish that IDW wouldn't just reprint the old stories but update them, especially the American Marvel books. Kind of what they did with their Animated Movie Books.
Best Mosiac I've seen in a while. Love the twist where the narrator turns out to be Galvatron rather than Magnus.
My only complaint is that like so many Mosiacs, one page is not enough. More I say!

A very good reimagining of one of Marvel UK's best Transformers stories.
