I agree, but Grapple is also a proto-Autobot, and he has a job. No matter his personal interests, he will do what is in the best interest of the planetary community.
I also think that his buildings would be designed in a different way. While Hook just sweeps away anything that doesn't fit his ideas, Grapple would design structures that fit with the environment. He would respect and improve the landscape, instead of destroying it.
I do like seeing how things were pre-civil war though. Nice job.
