2021 is right at our doorstep so the Transformers due out first quarter were bound to appear sooner or later. And now, we have US sightings of the entire first wave of Transformers Kingdom. The toys have been shipping out from various retailers for the past week (Gamestop, Target, BBTS, ect), with the deluxes released first, but now we also have in store sightings:

Voyagers found at Gamestop in San Antonio Texas by Cprime18 who wrote to us.

Leaders were found at Target in Chicago (along with the Spike/Bumblebee two pack) by Jason Blue Boost.

Deluxes and voyagers were found at Canadian Walmarts in Ontario. We thank fellow Seibertronian TheEvilProfessor for letting us know.

If you have found them, share your sightings with our community in the sightings section and on our boards in your region related thread.

Hey all, could it be that Cyclonus is being packed in solid cases as well as with Primal? Because it makes no sense that only 1 voyager would be available at Gamestop. And it would make some sense since Cyclonus is technically meant for another line so retailer could be given the option to just order the 86 bot.

If Megs is anything to go by, these are her actual toy colors. Kingdom has been a little off with the colors. Cheetor's blue being a baby blue is another one.

Target's pre-order continues to have me scratching my head. Had a delay on Sunstreaker 5 times and they ended up cancelling it but Vertebreak is shipping with no problems.

#1 I posted about finding Cyclonus on the 24th at gamestop here (where it is supposed to be posted) but it seems I was yet again ignored, most likely to Ryan's hatred of me. whatever..

#2 about the GS distribution, One of my friends manages a local GS and when I asked why only 3 out of the 7 local stores got one cyclonus he said that their distributing is similar to Walgreens and that a bunch may make it to the main hub but they are split up and shipped to individual stores as singles (sometimes doubles) UNLESS someone specifically pre orders them. Hope that helps.

Airazor looks even better in both modes on video than in the photos, but the transformation looks tooouuuggh. Doesn't look all that fun.

So I got my cyclconus, and his knee's perplex me, they don't lock into place anywhere that I can see, they kind of just hang in mid-air and holds this figure back for me

I personally wouldn't use kremzeek review to judge the transformation. The guy tends to just rush the transformation process and sometimes miss important locks and steps as a result.

I understand there are a lot of factors involved as to why each line seems to be having less offerings. I guess if you factor in that there are far more exclusives (almost half of ER was exclusives), and Selects as far as repaints, it about evens out. Also Probably most would favor quality over quantity but...

It seems like with Leaders this year is the leanest so far. As far as Brand New leaders there are only 2 (BW Megatron and "Most Likely" Galvatron). Prime is a carryover from ER, and Magnus is a slight retool from Siege (I wouldn't even call him a major retool as was the case with most Prime Wars Leaders). Also, when they were retooled, they were different characters, UM is the same character. To me this is like the whole Siege/ER Megatron situation again, but worse because it is a Leader Class, and demands a higher price. I can see Kingdom UM Shelf Warming quite bit, but that may just be me. I'm sure Selects will have a few surprises for us (T-Wrecks? Diaclone Magnus? UK Galvatron?) who knows. But I would hope there was one more Leader, something all knew that Hasbro hasn't let leak for the Kingdom main line just to make things feel more complete.

Shame on airrazors colors but still looks a good figure. Maybe they can use selects to toy color it at some point. Still no use for all the extra rectangle indentments on her. It being grey might have been on purpose to make her different from silverbolt.

Just so you know, we ask that people send us potential news items, like sightings, by selecting the "submit news" button found at all times at the top of the website. Even my signature links yo there. The toyhaul thread is not the place for that (has not been for over 5 years).

And it's Still weird that you could only order cyclonus online and not Primal.

He's the third of what I would call the Unholy trilogy of reviewers along with TonTon, and Prime vs. Prime. Hopefully one of the regulars gets Airazor soon because it was an important "Core" member of the Beast Wars cast.

OUCH...I've only been following TFs for about a year now. I don't quite understand why those three have such a disagreeable reputation among the community. What's the deal with that?

Also, people like EmGo, right? He's really thorough and pretty much has a template that he does all his reviews by, which I find to be some really great consistency. His zaniness has grown on me, too.

The fact that those three often gets figures way earlier from the release date through shady, probably illegal way is frowned upon by many people.

TonTon, PvP, and Kremzeek all get their "early previews" in the form of stolen copies from factories. TonTon used to be slightly more restrained and waited to get figures a month or so before release, but since his rise in popularity (meaning views on YouTube, not actually opinion), he's started trying to get things even earlier, with him actually being the one who technically got to reveal that Kingdom had Beast Wars because he managed to get a stolen Rattrap figure. Plus, sometimes he acts like a spoiled child and starts swearing and throwing figures at the wall because they're not painted how he wants (I think that's what happened. I never really watched cause I personally didn't want t give him money for stolen toys). PvP I think is a case of him being a somewhat decent reviewer, but buys stolen figures and becomes super defensive when people point it out, and I haven't watched Kremzeek, but I assume he's either like TonTon, or PvP.

PrimevsPrime used to gush over things Bayverse being iconic that had two seconds of screen time and he can be a bit unknowledgable at times outside of Baynus even with recent lines like WFC.

Tonton appears to be a fan of robots but isn't really a transformers fan per se so his reviews can come across unknowledgable or a bit of a cash grab. This can help for figure reviews that he doesnt have much attachement but can skew his opinions too

Haven't seen much of the other reviewers videos, but it's pretty much for all of them that the figures are gained by dubious means that casts the slights on them.

EmGo doesnt get ...early acquired figures... but he did kinda hush up on the yellows of sunstreaker some time after getting a selects figure from Hasbro to review early. He usually calls out things as they are but may have lost some integrity -but hey, at least he's got some to lose.

Emgo is definitely my favorite reviewer, I love the energy and he tends to be pretty blunt when he doesn't like something

Primevsprime i just watch because he gets things early. Its not much of a review if every toy of a character is "the best we have ever gotten" lol. That being said he also seems like a pretty positive dude and he's not as monotone as other reviewers so I appreciate the effort

That's my general opinion on both of them. Knowing the "trinity" (as they were called earlier) get stolen figures definitely is a hit to their integrity, which is important to me. I guess in my mind, they should be "innocent until proven guilty", but the sheer agreement of forum users on their reputation kind of pushes me to believe the accusations of stolen figures is the truth.

Either way, didn't mean to derail the Kingdom thread! Thanks for all the responses, now let's talk about Netflix Cheetor now, or something?

I didn't see any Studio Series, not even SS86 that I was looking for, but two Target stores I hit today have Kingdom Core-class figures. One had a couple of each, Optimus, Rattrap, and Vertebreak. On top of that, there appears to be a Cyberverse sale on the action Deluxes, not the ones with BaF pieces, and the action Ultras. I almost walked out with a Rack 'n Ruin but I'm saving in case I see SS86 Hot Rod or Kingdom Primal.

I tried to use the sightings page yesterday but I don't know if it worked, the drop-down for how many left was blank for the SS86 and Kingdom figures.

Anyways, for those who can, good luck hunting. I had a few different people tell me that this coming Friday is restocking day At Target so I'll be out again the day after, one dude even confirmed they have new figures in the back waiting to be put on shelves but they gotta wait. Seriously, today was the nicest day I've had. At one store I had three people ask if I found what I wanted, that's how I found out about this coming Friday.

You know, part of me feels this line's distribution should be frozen and delayed before it really gets going, to make room for a rerun of Earthrise (except for Optimus Prime and Megatron). Between covid chaos and scalpers, Earthrise's distribution was so frakked up it almost doesn't count as having been completely released.

Transformers WFC Kingdom Variant Packaging has been sited. I picked up the first wave of the deluxe yesterday and didn't think any thing of it until I started seeing the deluxe figures show up at Targets today. And the first wave of the deluxe have different hangers. The set I grabbed has Cardboard on Plastic Hanger with Faction Symbol's. The set I've saw at multiple Targets today have just the clear plastic hanger. I have attached images of this variant boxes.
Interesting Discovery!!!

Managed to get most of the first wave at Target. These figures are amazing.
- Rattrap may have the most awesomeness/mass of any Transformer so far. Lots of fun to pose. Really like how they did his shoulders.
- Paleotrex is great, though his beast neck isn't quite as articulated as I'd like.
- Blackarachnia is insanely impressive. Conflicted on the spider legs being black, though. Her transformation does have a bit of, "Grr, why isn't this working?! Oh, because I'm an idiot."
- Cyclonus is SOLID, almost to the point that he doesn't actually feel like a transformer. The way his fuselage folds neatly into his chest is completely intuitive but still really impressive.
- Haven't opened Cheetor yet.
- Vertebreak is neat, but I think her coolness will depend more on storytelling than the toy, though I was surprised how 'tidy' her beast(?) mode is.

I too have a successful hunt at target here in the North! They had 2/3 Core class figures, 1 repacked OP and then both Voyagers. I only picked up Cyclonus and Vertabreak but both are absolute bangers. Cyc is as close to a Masterpiece version of the character I think we'll ever get, all the joints are tight, the plastic quality is solid AF, the transformation is not scary hard it's just so considered and intuitive. Watching the robot utterly disappear into a vic viper space jet is  There are some panels around the cockpit that don't flush out quite tight but that's the only complaint I can find.

Vertabreak is also such a welcome return to a neo-Legends class scale thing. Just like Cyc, all the tolerances are nice and she's a blast to to pose, didn't expected to enjoy an emaciated skela dino revenant so much but I did

Target now has all of wave one on the racks and I almost had to fight an 8 year old girl cause it looked like she was taking the last Warpath. I'd a dropped her in a heartbeat, round two would have been her mom though and she looked mean.

Right now, if you’re in the US, best bet is Best Buy’s leader class clearance. Seems the bots on inventory are Doubledealer and OP. Astrotrain was common in the past but doesn’t seem to be in the mix as much now. If you don’t get the one you want, you can always return to the store.

Saw all the Leaders and Deluxes at Target in Baltimore, MD. Bought Warpath because there were no Voyagers (aka Cyclonus).

Need to start re-evaluating my pre-orders. Looks like I'm going to be skipping the Beast Wars characters - not that I don't like them - but there's enough G1 between this and Studio Series that I'd be spending the same with just those.

According to Appolux on TFW, the Ark will be coming with both the Voyager Golden Disk and the Sky Spy drone, both of which will plug into Mainframe/Teletraan 1 for storage.

And he's not certain, but it may also come with the second Vok Golden Disk because Mainframe has a second slot that was used to store the Voyager one, but he hasn't seen any pictures with the second disk. He also suggested that that might be a good candidate for another accessory pack, but he was clear that that was just speculation on his part, not him saying another accessory pack is happening

It is an accessory. Voyager in this case meaning the space probe that the US sent out to explore the outer solar system. The space probe itself has a golden disc that has information about earth and our location within the solar system.

The disc from the real space probe was written into the story for BW.

I can't wait to actually see Kingdom toys in a store. I pre-ordered the only one I wanted (Paleotrex), and have been enjoying him for a couple weeks now. Still I can't tell you how many times seeing a toy in person has convinced me to purchase something I otherwise wouldn't have.

IIRC, Apollux said he looked to be a major shellformer, which could accommodate his original color scheme while still turning into Teletraan-1.

While I still have my doubts, it would be awesome to see a new Mainframe toy come out.

But then I would be a little torn, since I would want him with his partner Ark, but also on the Lost Light shelf

I've purchased all Eight Titan Class Toys to date. While they have varying results; they are based on characters I like from the original series. The Ark is the first all new character, definitely a daring move commanding a USD $160+ price point no doubt. However, as long as it is developed with the same care and ingenuity as with the last two especially (Omega Supreme and Scorponok), I'll be more than happy to add it to my collection. If it looks/feels cheap however...I may wait for a sale. This is definitely new ground Hasbro is treading. Better they produce a low amount, and hopefully demand will drive them to make a second run, rather than have them end up at Ollies 18 months later for $60.

But then I would be a little torn, since I would want him with his partner Ark, but also on the Lost Light shelf

No. Unfortunately I didn't have the opportunity to get Unicron. Honestly I don't think I'll be trying to get one either. It looks amazing, but, I've reconciled not to want one.

1. Metroplex (2013)
2. Devastator (2015) *Although I have the UW Version
3. Fortress Maximus (2016)
4. Trypticon (2017)
5. Predaking (2018)
6. Grand Maximus (2018) TT Legends
7. Omega Supreme (2019)
8. Scorponok (2020)

Giving the rumours, the Ark might be the last titan anyway, which may not be a bad thing? It would all depend on what follows.

If all possible character choices for a Titan Class toy had been exhausted I'd tend to agree, but there are still several deserving candidates out there.

Have you heard the rumors that the Ark might be canceled in lieu of two Commander Class figures?

Nothing official, and from what I can tell the source isn't one of the usual suspects.

It was part of that big post of rumors, but was left out of the news post here.
