I'd be angry too if I looked like that...
Seriously, I think that is the worst piece of transformers merchandise I've ever seen.

Apparently you forget the Built To Rule garbage that came out along side Armada! Same general idea, transformers made out of building blocks, except you had to disassemble and reassemble them completely to go from terrible vehicle mode to terrible robot mode. At least this transforms after you put it together...

Why does his truck mode have a nose? Seriously, it doesn't even look like a vehicle; rather a hideous art-deco interpretation of a tiki idol or an Easter Island head.
When I first heard about this line, I knew it was just repetition of a mistake that Has/Tak apparently didn't learn from 7 years ago. I worked at a toy store at the time, and when I'd see a mother talk her 4-year old out of of some genuinely cool Armada figure because BTR was less expensive (read: immediately clearanced) and, "It's the same guy, see?", I wanted so badly to tell her, "Look, lady, he'll have more fun with 2 actual Transformers than every last one of those deformed Lego rip-offs! Seriously, just LOOK at that thing!"; but alas, I had a job to do. I was just following orders. Don't blame me for just standing by and letting it happen little Timmy!
Transformers and Lego-ish sets may seem like a natural match because of some awesome fan-creations, but official product should never combine the two. To think that time and effort necessary to produce actual toys of other Animated characters may have been pissed away on this instead...
