Am no fan of the character (I only own the classics figure cos a friend got it for me for my birthday some years ago and i am sentimental) or the 'masterpiece' line but that looks pretty decent for Tracks fans. Of course it's hard to tell what amount of quality issues it'll have from just looking at the photos.

That means Road Rage is gonna be taller than all the boys.
September can't come fast enough.

No kidding. He's supposed to be one of the squatter ones, being no taller than the likes of Prowl and Red Alert (maybe even a smidge shorter than those two).

All this is doing is making me consider, once again, the Road Rage version. Must. Resist.

Looks like his back piece is adjustable no?

The hood popping is a nice reference to Make Tracks.

And the shot of the three together reminds me of this frame:

Case in point. His head stands above those of Sideswipe and Prowl when all three should be of equal height.

Why do I get the feeling that Tracks would be properly squatter had Hasui-san designed him instead of Kobayashi-san. #-o

Look where his right foot is in relation to Sideswipe's feet.
I suggest holding the nerd rage until a photo pops up with all three of them in an even, straight line.

His foot might be forward, but they appear to be standing shoulder to shoulder and Tracks are definitely higher than Sideswipe's.

Also didn't notice before but Raul is pretty tiny! Corvettes aren't very tall cars and he can't even see over the top. I'm not sure he could see over the steering wheel either if he was driving.

I assume Tracks still doesn't come with the front gun that comes with Road Rage.

Well I'm not mad at all. Tracks could come packed with a sack of skunk poop, and I'd still be all over him.
You're right. It could be a case of forced perspective though.

It's not forced perspective-he is taller, plain and simple. And I'm pretty sure non of us were mad, just stating a fact and then discussing it.

Dunno if I'd take the skunk poop though, Cobotron :-?

That's RACIST! Raoul is as American as you can get (And the Old Gipper gave them blanket amnesty back in 1984-1985. As for Tracks though, was he and the other Autobots registered with the folks at Area 51?

Now the TFs, Autobots or Decepticons are the REAL illegal Aliens (so is Superman, J'onn J'onzz etc etc)!

I'm really concerned about his backpack, I hope it can be straightened out. It looks like gravity is making it tilt back causing the wings to be tilted as well in the side view.

It's nice to have confirmation that he does come with the front flight mode gun first seen with Road Rage. Probably no stand for Road Rage since she's 500JPY less than Tracks.

This may not come as a shock to some but it is bad news for people eagerly awaiting for MP-25 Tracks to drop. According to site sponsor Robotkingdom Tracks will be delayed. Originally scheduled to ship in September. There is no word as of yet how long a delay he will face or if it will affect future MP releases. Keep it here at Seibertron.com and we will keep you posted on the new expected release for Tracks.

All Takara Transformers have specific release dates just like DVD, games and other similar releases have here in the US.

http://www.hlj.com/product/TKT83175/Sci?utm_source=seibertron.com&=&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=news%20post

Most Transformers products from Takara drop on the 4th Thursday of the month, if I recall correctly.

I'm concerned about Tracks and Road Rage because Q-Tracks has been delayed since June with no release date in sight. I keep assuming it's because they're pushing Q-Tracks back to be released the same month as Masterpiece Tracks, but after this news I'm a bit concerned that there's a bigger problem at hand between Takara and General Motors/Chevrolet that is delaying the release of these products. Hopefully things are worked out soon.
