Are any of you excited to find Titans Return Leader Soundwave? Do you like the Blaster mold enough to get this version? Well if yes, then I have some good news for you, he's coming out at retail. As with many toys this year, he has appeared in Canada first with this specific sighting coming from a Walmart in Montreal, Quebec (for $55), but he should surely fly over to the states sooner than later. So keep an eye out. If you want to see more of him before your purchase, you can hop on over to our extensive gallery of this new toy.

You can blame YouTube commenters for that ("Ninja? It's Naruto!", almost as bad as "First!"). 'Nuff said Sorry if I seemed a bit over the top there, but eh, that what pet peeves do to me.

Yes it is, but its not like me or all my fellow canadien collector buddies are paid in US$.
I mean you are totally right that with the current exchange, he is cheaper, but so is everything else in Canada right now because of the exchange. If you were working in canada, you would be paid in the piss poor currency too and that price to you would be $54 and not $40. You know what I mean right? If they priced everything in canada to match the US prices inclduing the exchange, then things would become unaffordable to some.

Maybe online atm, but he'll be $45 bucks like the rest of the leaders once he hits shelves I'm sure.

In red you can see the front and rear tire of an unknown car prototype. It appears to have the same features as Full-Tilt's car mode.
And now that I take a closer look you can see right in front of him circled in blue a Titan Master prototype manning what seems to be either one of Trypticon's weapons or Full-Tilt's.

true. i wonmder since they are using the blurr mold if they will use any of the brainstorm remoldings,

All she needs is a better bust. A flat windshield chest won't cut it.

Very nicely, that cockpit on the top is on her chest; so it works well with the Blurr transformation scheme.

Oh, I'm not saying they can change it. I'm still unsure of how the new cockpit will work. We must also remember that with her chest style, it would be backwards in alt mode since the cockpits front ends up as the upper chest.
I don't really know. I'm impatient to see if it does happen and if so how they will do it. This is a figure I am very much wanting and I love the character

You mean to SW was just released? He's been out in SEA for like 2 months now, shelfwarming. Blaster is nowhere to be seen though at TRU.

If you look just above Highbrow at the very top of the pic you can see what is likely Full Tilt's unpainted prototype which looks to be about Deluxe size.Bumblebee21 wrote:what if the teaser was for sky shadow and thunderwing.
That's not even the same jet as Sky Shadow's.
Just goes to show how extensive the remold is going to be on that one.

i cant see it.
i didnt even notice that.
That silhouette of Overlord again is making me giddy! The jet mode is that of a souped up SR-71 Blackbird with that spikey thingie sticking out of his two turbines. I hope Hb and Takara does both of them.

It was Hasbro who revealed it at Cybertron con months ago. 52 toys is just the name of the site that ws there in shanghai to take pictures of the convention and presentation. Not a scoop, you just had to be there and anyone could have taken the pics.
Also, about Soundwve, how can 2 months possibly be called shelfwarming when a wave is supposed to last on shelves for at least 3 months before a reset at every quarter?! Thats not shelfwarming, not even close.
And yeah, he is the only TR toy schedule for 2016 that has yet to be released at US retail.

So hear is a Question is two uses of the mould enough reason to make Crossblades - and what is it with that Helicopter that they keep skipping it - and like wise the Autobot ones like Vroom. or the Pretender vehicles.
Heck Pretender Vehicle should really appeal to Hasbro they can just make an OK Legends class and slap it in a big empty vehicle shell and charge a crazy price for it.
------
It's a shame that there wasn't some overlap with Pretenders and Micromasters as those Pretender Vehicles would have made great Micromaster bases too.
if such a thing was made now you could have a Legends with a Targetmaster and then the vehicle that opens up like a Micromachine Playset - as well as doing the sit in a drive it thing.
This works really well in reverse with some of the Micromaster Playset - vehicles as they have more than enough cabin space for bigger figures in a couple of instances at least.
------
Oh and speaking of Full Tilt - won't he be visible on the chest in vehicle /chest plate mode on Trypticon in the leaked art work ?

Ah, better yet.
But I'm pretty sure that our sources that keep spoiling all this are saying that it is a Blurr retool, and they haven't really been wrong yet

I guess you bring that up to but I was talking about the legs in robot mode and the head placement in vehicle mode

I really don't understand anything you're saying here. Where's the pretender vehicle talk coming from? And it's not like Crossblades is skipped any more than a thousand other pretenders.

I had no particular reason to mention Pretender vehicles - other than that they are some Pretenders that might make some sense to do over the organic ones from the lines perspective they might fit in better in the next line or the end of this one. and that I just happen to like The Ultra Pretenders, Mega Pretenders and The Pretender Vehicles ; ad that I noticed the inner robots are not that much different in size to a modern legends class - and Botcon already realised that too.
(depending on the theme of the next line of course). also I was playing with my Micromasters yesterday and noticed how the playsets were kinda like some of the vehicle mode pretenders in size and general appearance.

Shelfwarming as not moving. I asked the sale reps at TRU. Optimus TM and the rest didn't last 2 days and sold out. The stock I saw has barely moved according to the sales reps (not yet replaced their stock). So the sales reps must know something you don't?
Annnnnnnnnnnnd why just Trypticon's thigh and leg and not the whole shebang? Since it's their property anyway. Shanghai, 100% complete NYCC just the thigh?

Where are you seeing a 100% complete pic? They're teasing parts of him little by little and they'll reveal him completely at toy fair next year, same as they have for the last two titans. It would make zero sense to reveal him now when we have a full calender year before he hits retail.

That's the artwork from the mobile game Transformers Legends - the URL even says so. It's not artwork for TR Trypticon, they were just using it as a stand-in at the time.
