I mean, that's were the majority of the leaks have come from, but the only time I remember seeing anyone say Elita would be an SUV over there it wasn't coming from a leaker, and at least 7 people immediately questioned it and got no response.Munkky wrote:Nemesis Primal wrote:....no? I saw it mentioned on TFW2005 a couple of times, though it may not be completely accurate.
Because those rumors, while from credible sources, came from before the big Target listings leak that ended up not including any of the Headmaster Jrs. It seems likely that they were planned and then didn't make the final cut, like what we were told happened with Kingdom Gears and Polar Claw, and they could still happen in the future since Legacy is questionably going to be longer than a year, but for this year they aren't in the cards. It's also been said that Elita is a pre-tool for Minerva like the Titans Return Megatron/Blitzwing and Optimus/Octane, so if/when Nightbeat happens in the future I would expect it to be this same mold again since the mold is primarily designed to be/look like Minerva and is only releasing as Elita first to get the mold in the retail lineup as a more marketable character.Overcracker wrote:Nemesis Primal wrote:....no? Wasn't there rumors about Nighbeat coming in Legacy? Why would Minerva not be a retool of him?
Also, there was also a Siren a.k.a Loudmouth rumor too.

Also that Siren was said to just be a Selects figure from Nightbeat's mold, so it would have led to the hyper-accuracy crowd complaining if it had come out anyway.

Definitely Baybulbee.
A logical commercial choice, but I would have preferred a G1-ish tank Megatron.

Ahhh, I see. Makes sense . Thanks.

About that... Nightbeat and Siren's toy head designs were switched in the comics, so get ready for another round of butting heads.

I was expecting that, actually. Would make sense to have both the leaders. But Bumblebee is all the rage, and is the main character in all things Transformers right now.

With kids mostly, but I doubt kids will be buying this. Let's see if this one gets restocked 3 or 4 times like Optimus did.

Are you sure about the "for kids" part?
You may be right if it 's just the current "Evergreen" Bee, but if it's the Bee from the Bayverse, it will appeal to adults... Who have the nostalgia of Bumblebee, their childhood hero from the movies.
Welcome to old age, fellow senior citizen!

Hush now, or else you'll be up next for a prostate exam and colonscopy.
I'm still not convinced that it's not the Datsun brothers...especially the way their lights were slanted. That was my first snap judgement. The headlights just didn't fit a G1 BB...and there were three sets of identical-ish headlights...

Yeah, MPM 03 Bumblebee was a high end Bayverse Bee and that thing sold out. It wasn't kids or parents of kids, who bought that figure.
Also pretty sure it isn't kids who bought the limited Transformers edition of the actual camaro

What I'm hoping for:
> Legacy Wave 2 in its entirety, specifically I'd like a first look at Tarantulas and Knock Out.
> An official reveal of either Legacy Motormaster or Metroplex. If it's Motormaster I hope they also show the fully formed Menasor as well.
> Some more details about Transformers: EarthSpark, perhaps some character names, more footage, maybe even the first few toys and their play gimmicks.
> An official reveal of Shattered Glass Blaster.
What I'm expecting:
> "Check out these sweet Transformer NFT's bro! Spend $6 million worth of Dogecoin on them and you'll have a 0.00000000000000000000000032% chance of getting a Funko Pop! Isn't that cool bro?"
> At least 15 to 20 minutes of pointless filler to pad out the hour, whether that be Vince DiCola doing another song, clips from the G1 cartoon, 1986 movie or the BotBots cartoon, or just several minutes of a title card while they desperately scramble to get things set up, like what happened with the Victory Saber reveal stream.
> Announcing more Transformer crossovers in some scammy pay-to-win mobile games.
> A hefty chunk of the stream focusing on that new Robosen project, followed by awkwardly babbling about how great the last one was.
> A segment about the BotBots cartoon and how great it is.
> An official reveal of Blitzwing, and maybe two or three other toys from Wave 2, but not the whole wave.

My credit cards are almost paid off, I really don't need this temptation!
Oh, and as I'm writing this they're announcing a War for Cybertron Art book featuring the cartoon, toys and unused art. Neat, I'll probably get that.

Tarantulas- looks to be a heavy Kingdom Scorponok retool ( I could be wrong)
Legacy Voyager Soundwave- oof....Hasbro is getting murdered for a cleaned up Siege version, not the Netflix version....
