Though, technically, these will be the third and fourth for me, personally, since I also own Cheetimus Primal's Dynobot custom.

I'm willing to get Depth Charge and Rampage (maybe Transmutate too, if I like her enough) and shoehorn them into Classics. If Botanica is made into a toy, her as well. The rest of them are passes for me.

Great to see this coming to fruition; excellent idea for a repaint, especially after the good work with the Voyager repaint into Sharkticon Megatron.

Just for the sake of clarification, it's a deluxe class figure from the First Edition Megatron. I wasn't sure from your message if you were implying that this was a Voyager or not.

That's good. I wasn't interested in 1.0 at first, and had to scramble to pick them up piece by piece (the ones I wanted, anyway). I'm glad I subscribed to 2.0; just hope they ship in time.

Also, back on topic - I LOVE what they did with this Rampage. What a great an excuse to integrate an awesome mold like this into my Classics collection.

I was going to just get this off ebay so I don't have to deal with TFCC, but I kind of want some of the 2.0 figures (chromedome and rewind) so I'll get the X for being a member and maybe if they make extras I can pick those up and cancel my horribly overpriced BBTS pre-orders.

Still a no go for me. I'm sure the mold is good, but aside from the head, I just don't see Rampage in it.
If FunPub had waited and got permission to use the Sharkticon Megatron mold, I would've jumped at this guy. It would've suit Rampage a whole lot better than the smooth armored deluxe.

Which begs the question: can FunPub even do Voyagers for their Freebies and Club Exclusives? Aside from Astrotrain, Piranacon and Nexus Prime, they're all Deluxe-sized.

but... the few glimpses of BW characters we were shown in the show, they were ALL smooth armored whatevers. in my opinion these molds work great for X and mutey.

and i never even thought about transmutates gender before. and when i saw the arcee and being referred to as "her" i was just like... "oh. okay." so whats the big deal is shes a she? it made sense for her gender to be in question (i guess, though i never considered it) when she landed on earth because she was very broken obviously. but this should be a fully functional pre-BW transmutate! so slap whatever label you want to her.

This is Transmutate from the new Beast Wars: Uprising storyline, which is a completely different universe from that of the cartoon. Shortly after the TFCC tweeted a picture of the final sample of the 2014 club exclusive Protoform X figure in alt mode, they provided an image of the figure in robot mode. This is the membership incentive figure for those who sign up for the Transformers Collectors' Club by March 16. Check out how his robot mode looks in the image below.

Subscribed and now a member of the Club for the first time ever. Now I just got to learn the ropes...

So Rampage will start shipping around the end of April/mid-May, right?

i really want this figure.. but i have no desire to spend the amount of money it'd take to acquire it.

Wow, this is amazing! One of the few remolds "from one character to other" where it is debatable did it could be better than original Megatron's figure.

I totally see it. Prime Megatron's mold is quite crab-like.

Yep. Although the comic parsed her name as "Trans-Mutate" (like the BW 10th Anniv. toy and this new toy).

This one simply has the name for a different reason.

Whether this different reason is as equally valid as the old reason, however, is currently unknown, as that will be determined by the events that unfold within the upcoming "Alone Together" text story.

Its all about character Identification. We keep calling everyone that turns into a red Trucck Optimus Prime, right? How about all the bad guys leading the Decepticons who keep getting named Megatron, the BW guy, the RiD guy, the Armada guy,
