That heavylabor fix is going to be needed for those poses. I can hardly wait for my last two to turn up - so glad I went the Herc route....

The next person to post pics of this I would love to see this big guy standing next to the original G1 Devastator or Omega Supreme (or both). I think people would like to see more size comparison pics instead of just of the figure alone. Let's see him standing next to Unicron or even G1 Fort Max.

I hope Maketoy is ready to really wow us. Be it despite, or because the first run is yellow.

There was a picture not long ago of him next to Unicron (IIRC Herc's a smidge shorter).

Is it wrong of me to anticipate this more than I have most HasTak toys from the last 6mths?

Depends where you shop. Don't trust rip off site BBTS for these guys. RobotKingdom has them at $79.90 each and can get a full set of Hercules in one order for $508.10. $28.70 of that is shipping. It comes in at $479.40 before shipping. Beat that BBTS.

Or try ACESTOYSTORE.COM..They have had all of the figures for 89.99 shipped from california for around 6 bucks and they all arrived within 3 days of ordering. I will agree with Robotkingdom though, they are pretty badass..
The only thing BBTS has going for them lately is the POL feature. It's super easy to just ship a ton of stuff for alot less..

Very happy I was an early adoptor of this set. Waiting a week until I get paid is going to be pure evil.

You have no idea
Once I get him, I MIGHT have some fun with him tackling autobots and crushing them. Maybe use some of them as baseballs

Not a bad plan if you can find them all in stock at the same time. For those of us in the U.S., shipping runs about $63.

There's plenty of paint on these infact. Probably just as much as official Hasbro figures. It's all in the details. Wouldn't make sense to produce figures in one colour if they're to be painted another. Pick one of them up and I think you'll be impressed.

Sweetie, they're online only. You see, these are items that are not produced by either Hasbro or Takara, so both can and will stop regular retail stores from stocking them.

You have no idea what you're talking about. These figures are loaded with detail and have plenty of paint applications.

More like too expensive. It's a lost art nowadays.

Yeah, you obviously haven't held one in hand. El Duque is right.
I've got NeckBreaker in my PoL. I'm shipping when Mad Blender hits.

And you are really overrating die cast. I grew up with it, I'm happy without it in my toys today.

on the topic of Structor: when he's in robot mode, those black pegs that end up on top of his shoulder, does anyone know what they're for?

Indeed, die-cast sucks and should just go away.

Unless I'm mistaken they're part of how the vehicle mode pegs together; the entire black part that the shoulders attach to rotates into different positions for different modes.wilcosu35 wrote:this looks absolutely epic

Shipped mine as well. Man, I can't believe it's almost complete! I've got a special place for him on my Classics-style shelf.
