Did I say 'more'? Sorry, I meant the other one.

this is soooooo much better than getting either a jet vehicon.. or a breakdown.. or a dotm soundwave.. etc.. I'm so psyched for this.
WAY TO GO HASBRO.. GIVING THE FANS WHAT THEY WANT!! HELL YEAH.
it strikes me odd that hasbro thinks people are this stupid..
i can't tell you how many times i've heard a kids parent tell a kid "you already have a bumblebee" .. it's starting to replace the parent's normal "no".
oh well, hopefully hasbro will learn at some point.
it amazes me that there are molds out there that haven't been released in the US that hasbro could give us as store exclusives but just won't. astonishing.

I didn't pick up the first BH version of BB and I'm not getting this one either. I'm waiting for the black version coming out in the next deluxe wave, that one looks better to me. I like BB as a character, but all that yellow is starting to make me ill.

Nope, a slight repaint. I don't know about plastic colors, but I see a new deco pattern on the hood.
*EDIT* And some plastic colors have changed as well:

"My 6 yr old is tired of seeing Bumblebee on the hooks too. Hasbro does the same thing with the Star Wars line. Rehashes old figures and puts them in new packaging. My son doesn't even want the BH line because of how the characters look. I started him with the DOTM line and he actually prefers the Generations line and the FOC characters. He thinks the BH line is "ugly". We saw Soundwave in the BH line, he asked who it was and then said "ugh." Funny stuff."
It would be cool if everyone could take a video of their kids reaction to yet another bumblebee and send it to hasbro so.. Maybe then they'll get the picture.

It was a jab at 3rd Party news being ignored, partially due to there being too many announcements.

That along with how bad the BH figures look in general compared to the Generations line. BH figures and TFPrime all look like they would snap real easily. Could be just me though.

RhA wrote:Do you realize that the title of that toy is 12 words long? It will take you twelve words to call this toy by it's correct name. 12. Twelllllve words.
It's actually 9, 11 if you include "Target Exclusive" For being short but distinct, we only need 3: "Nova Blast Bumblebee"

Honestly, they're not. My PRID Soundwave has a hairline crack in his one foot because he fell 5 feet off of a display onto a hard surface. A lot of figures couldn't handle that.

...
...
okay...
breath in... held my breath for five seconds
breath out... tried not to get pissed off...
repeated 5 times...
didn't work...
I wonder if it is true that even a blind person will see the light at the end...
Did really hasbro think that the fans would be overwhelmed with this same toy with (a wont say a new) another paint app on it?
I skiped the FE prime bee and the rid bee, but took the BS Bee ('scuse me, the BH Bee)
then they painted it black... then... then... THIS?????
I really don't see the point. maybe there is ONE guy, out there, who will bee Overjoyed by this... I can tell you this guy is no friend of mine.
Optibotimus told me once that Bee is quite big with the kids and toys are made for kids...
yeah...
its... true... I guess...
but when a 6yo kid is fed up with bee, maybe, just maybe, someone should get up and say:
hum... maybe we should focus on ANOTHER character?
We are all fed up with Bee
but we still comment when a new one gets released... and we wonder why they keep coming...
well its because we just pay attention to it, positive or negative, we comment...
maybe if we start ignoring the future bees, maybe only then hasbro will open its eyes...
but its being optmistic to say that.
I tell you: Bumblebee will singlehandedly Kill the whole transformers franchise.
way to go Bee, way to go...

If they could just SKU the characters differently, and KEEP TRACK of the sales, we might see an end to the BB fetish.
BB fetish... egad! Just had the most horrific mental image of the literal meaning of that term! Why hasn't anyone directed that movie?
BB is a sign of decline - Hasbro is out of touch with its fans and/or customers. The next step is huge financial losses. And if things don't turn around after that, we see Hasbro folding the brand or selling it off (my money is on "hibernating TFs"). TF4 will be a big turning point, but I'm not entirely convinced they can strike gold 3 times in a row.

Yeah the fourth movie, new characters... remember we are seeing pictures of an 80's camaro and 2 2013 Camaros... you know what it means... MORE BUMBLEBEES!!! and for a start you have 3

Metrosuplex wrote:It's the BB/Optimus fetish I keep mentioning! Someone(s) at Hasbro has a major hard-on for BB and Optimus. Or maybe he just skimmed the market research and just grabbed the two characters as the major sellers, disregarding the ACTUAL data. I say "market research", of course, with some irony: I am pretty certain, at this point in time, that Hasbro has no idea what market research actually means. I'm not sure they have any idea of which figures even sell, in any given line.

This is how you milk a dead horse, Hasbro. And this horse isn't even female...

Because Vivid considers themselves a classy outfit now.

Only to bring him back in TF5 as JC BB so they can tap into some of that christian book/toy store money.

You, sir, are brilliant. I'm down for petitioning VIVID to do those videos, and I'd be all over a JC BB! Honestly, if not for the sacrilege, I'm pretty certain, at this point, that there are people in Hasbro who already think of BB as JC, and are just too nervous to officially announce it. Heck, let's dispense with the illusions of propriety and just place a JC BB statue in the front lobby of Hasbro!
