It's supposed to be the cartoon colors, but in every pic we've seen, the shades of green are still very off.Alpha Dominus wrote:I'm actually kinda digging it. Cartoon inspired (Or is it the comics)? Much better than the previous, muted colors take from Takara.

Not to mention that colours as they appear to one person can be different to another.
Congenital colour blindness comes in a variety of flavours. I myself suffer from issues with Green/Brown and Red/Orange recognition.
I'll never be allowed to be a Fighter pilot, Demolitions expert, or Electrician.

Or Bomb expert. I can just see it:
"Cut the red wire not the orange one"
"THEY ARE BOTH THE RED WIRE!!!!!!"
Sorry to laugh at your expense. My vision is also impaired enough not to be an astronaut.

Immediate get! But gone are the days when those ugly exposed panels were that...EXPOSED!
The original Hardhead, despite being a thin brick/panel had very solid arms and shins.

He just means the titan master class which would be made up of a bunch heads, some being variations of the heads that come with the bodies. So many, the heads you see on the takara figures might come out individually in the titan master class for hasbro.

I knew there were a load of individual heads being sold, but didn't realise there were going to be variations of the main headmaster heads sold amongst them. Hopefully we get a mouth Hardhead in that then. And that does look like a robot mode Hardhead head at the far left of that picture.
Were not sure, its all conjecture. But it makes sense, especially since Hasbro did that with combiner wars and released the stuff Takara made different individually.

No, they released the stuff that they thought about making but that Takara got to first. Lest you forget, Quickslinger and Brake-Neck's heads were conceived by Hasbro and tooled into the molds before Takara's run.

I dont see how this is any different. You are saying that these new heads were not designed by hasbro. DO YOU KNOW THAT?! Because for a fact we know that the "takara exclusive" starscream head in unite warriors (for ghost starscream) was designed by Hasbro, just like 99% of all toys.
So no. We dont know it either one way or another. For all we know, this can be the same scenario where Hasbro made a design and Takara is carrying it out first and Hasbro will release it later. Or never, like was the case with Prime Breakdown who was designed by hasbro too.

Quite the contrary. I said that Hasbro designed the Quickslinger and Brake-Neck heads, but Takara revealed them first, although Hasbro ultimately released QS and BN before Unite Warriors Superion came out. I was countering your assertion that Hasbro released Takara's products. It is conceivable that Hasbro had a hand in Deluxe Groove, especially since he's coming out as Afterburner in Hasbro's Computron set, but I'm all but certain that Blast Off is pure Takara. Last we heard there are no plans to bring Bigroove and Shuttle Blast Off over here, which is the main point I challenge. I'm also skeptical that these Titan Master heads are variations that will see the light of day over here, but I'm willing to be proven wrong on that.

I know that, I was only using quickslinger and brakeneck in my examples.
And that cool, That Bot, I get it. Though I do also hope you are proven wrong, I can totally see us never getting these heads as well. I just dont think we have enough info on this titan master class to really assert the situation yet.

Indeed, this is my fear as well. I like the Titanmasters like Hardhead, and would like both styles of head. Will I have to buy both the Hasbro version and Takara? Or I suppose I will have to make a choice on faceplate or not... I hope we get an option for both heads here in the States, but as y'all said, we'll have to wait and see...

We're getting Lightspeed as far as anybody knows, unless Computron is scrapped.

That is very true. Time will tell us more about the possibility of alternate heads.

Its interesting how through leaks and official Hasbro reveals (most of which s the later), we know everything we are getting for Titans Return 2016 wave 2 except for the Titan Master Class. The rumours suggest Apeface and Brawn but even then, that's just 2.

But, regardless, the box set Computron we've see art for very much seems to have all five of his core members.

As always, these should be read right to left. A ton of easter eggs are found all over these. One of them being the appearance of both animation models of Springer. As with Arcee, Springer had a different preliminary model which was abandoned for the model featured in the movie and season 3. Let us know if you spot any other fun easter eggs!

Is it still a two-for-one when they're still priced two-for-two? I'm pretty well sold on the Japanese versions now even more.
Does Galvatron have a visor? Maybe they used a temp head for the photo? And I wonder if all of the partner vehicles will be colored to match the larger figure?

Just going by TFSource's prices the previous round of Legends up to Armada Super Starscream were $30 while the Headmasters are $36. So yeah, the price is up now. I'm thinking most of the export shops are going to be in the area of 3,000JPY after the discounts.
