Steve Gerber Passed Away aged 60

Born Stephen Ross Gerber on September 20th 1947 in St. Louis, Missouri, USA. Gerber served as writer and/or story editor for various comicbooks and TV cartoon series during the 70's and 80's. As story editor, he worked also on the original Transformers and G.I. Joe cartoon series. But he'll be best remembered as being the spiritual father of the Howard the Duck Comicbook series.
Ironically six years ago on Februari 10th 2002, George Singer, one of the producers of the same original Transformers series also passed away.

I was actually working on my Transformers check-list earlier and was still stuck at the S for 2006.
