Katsu Don makes another attempt at destroying the Legends World using Windblade as well as the mutant Autobot Targetmasters, who Windblade can manipulate through her bond with Pinpointer. The Wreckers arrive from the post-G2 era to aid in the world's defense only to be pinned down by the Targetmasters, and when Twin Twist breaks off to take on Windblade by himself, he gets decapitated. However, Twin Twist is aware of the Zodiac's existence in the Legends World and somehow calls it to his side, using its power to transform his severed head into a Headmaster and his body into a Z Mode "Drill Base" that in turn uses its drills to generate electromagnetic waves that sever Windblade's connection to Spoilsport. Twin Twist grabs the Targetmaster and, revealing that his special ability is to grant any weapon the properties of a drill, unleashes a "Spoil Drill Hurricane" attack against Windblade that frees Peacemaker from her control.
Chromedome is surprised that Twin Twist can freely control Zodiac energy, and Springer explains that he and Topspin are space pioneers known as the Powered Masters... as well as the true creators of the Legends World. The two Jumpstarters tell Katsu Don "long time no see" and invite him to test who's stronger—them, the creators of this world, or Windblade, its destroyer.
In the year 2004 of the G1 World, Topspin and Twin Twist hear about the Legends World from Whirl and Roadbuster, and as space pioneers and Powered Masters, think it would be nice to establish a paradise of a world someday. Decades later in the G2 era, they two are asked by Katsu Don for their cooperation in creating an experimental new universe also named "Legends", and realize he must be talking about the same world since time has no meaning when it comes to alternate dimensions. Concluding that they must create the Legends World or else Whirl and Roadbuster will never be born, they steal the Zodiac, inspired by Dai Atlas's using it to create a new planet in Planet Z's solar system, and use it in conjunction with Zamojin telepathic powers and the Space Pirates' proton energy to create the Legends World.
Katsu Don is outraged that the Jumpstarters have broken their promise not to interfere with their creation and sics Windblade on Topspin, but he easily avoids her thanks to having used the Zodiac to become a Headmaster—this combined with being a Powered Master and Targetmaster grants him the power of a Triplemaster—and calls upon the Zodiac to recreate everything Windblade and the Targetmasters have destroyed. Katsu Don himself enters the fray, insisting that the Legends World is dangerous because of its connection to the powers of the Zamojin and must be destroyed, but the Jumpstarters, determined to defend their creation, combine into a vehicle form known as Attack Powered and soundly defeat him and Windblade. With Windblade restored to normal once again and Katsu Don captured, Springer assumes all's well that ends well. However, the Jumpstarters, now having recovered all three mutant Targetmasters, tell him it's not over yet...

I only count 9 only.
And, what's the new threat in the cliffhanger?
Good gawd, the Grandmax ending all makes sense now! But what about Violenjiger? He also another aspect of the negative energy of the Matrix? And Star Giant (in the Starconvoy catalog/TV manga, the was a Unicron like being mentioned). Same?

Brought to the Wolf Circus by his loyal troops, Scorponok explains that he had been wandering space following the black hole battle until Devil Z took control of him and had him build a transtector. Now that he's free, he plots to apply his usual plot to the Legends World—blowing it up and absorbing its energies for himself—and to do so he needs the plasma energy within the six Targetmasters, currently held by the Autobots who are attempting to restore them to normal. As the first step of his plan, Scorponok summons the second transtector Devil Z had him make on Beast: the gigantic Majin Zarak, a machine with the instincts of a beast and a veritable "god of destruction", whose origin comes as a surprise to Leo Prime.
When the police set out to protect the citizens from Majin Zarak, Scorponok's agent Flywheels sneaks into the police station and breaks out Slugslinger, Misfire, and Katsu Don, the latter agreeing to an alliance since his goals overlap with Scorponok. Katsu Don attacks the Autobots and steals the Targetmasters for the Decepticons before summoning the rest of his race to participate in the final battle, but the Zamojin army is in turn attacked by Skids, Sky-Byte, and the Dimensional Patrol. Rattrap is confused as the Dimensional Patrol previously considered the Legends World problematic, so Sky-Byte explains that he convinced them that it's a beautiful world that deserves to be protected, and he even managed to get the other three Predacons inducted as well. The Patrol easily holds the Zamojin at bay thanks to Neo Brave Maximus's robot mode, and before Scorponok can intervene, Majin Zarak is attacked by Leo Prime, Lio Convoy, and Optimus Primal, who has transformed himself using Transformers sickness once again. Scorponok calls upon Weirdwolf, but he has gone to Tera-Kura Co. to convince Noble to join them, having grown attached to the wolf and not wanting him to be killed in the universe's destruction, though Noble refuses and instead suggests Weirdwolf himself switch sides. Weirdwolf is left torn—compared to their previous destruction of Cybertron, which neither he nor Scorponok felt attached to, he feels a connection to the Legends World where his living transtector, Rarigo, and Butla were all born, and he knows in his heart that what they're doing is wrong...
Clouder and the SDF confront Majin Zarak and keep it busy while Megatron's Decepticons mobilize Trypticon, but even the cityformer is dwarfed by Majin Zarak who destroys him with a single giant beam. Blown away by the same attack, Leo Prime realizes that they're going about it the wrong way: since Majin Zarak isn't destined to be destroyed until their battle in the future, they simply cannot defeat it here and now. Meanwhile, Scorponok has modified the Targetmasters into new plasma energy bombs to be placed around the Legends World and detonated, restraining Slugslinger and Misfire when they protest. All hope is not lost, however, as in the city, Chromedome is approached by Pointblank, Sureshot, and Crosshairs, who have finally arrived in the Legends World and acquired transtectors from Kup's shop.

Maybe, it would hardly be the first modern Godzilla reference he's made in the comics.

To say nothing of Spike from Encore Fort Max and Grand Maximus's Armor. Or all of the head swapping Takara Tomy has done with their recent Headmasters.
I would definitely be all in on a set even if they are EX.

He’s drawn a lot of comics. Spotlights Grimlock, metroplex, contribution to megatron origin, and he’s been doing incentive covers for RID/TF/OP for years. He’s on par with Casey with the amount to contribution in the comics.
He may have an artistic friendship with Sakamoto much like how Milne like to sneak in Josh Perez in his work

In other news, summary for Part Two - https://tfwiki.net/wiki/Targetmaster_Chapter_Finale:_Legends_World_in_Imminent_Danger!_Part_Two
Rattrap and his friends watch as Majin Zarak continues its unstoppable rampage across Neo Akihabara City and are almost destroyed themselves before suddenly being encased within protective barriers by Big Convoy. The Maximal introduces himself as one of Rattrap's toys, revealing that all Transformers toys in the Legends World are living beings as toys across the world become real Transformers to protect their owners from the Zamojin army. Katsu Don attempts to destroy the newcomers with his telepathic power but is defeated by Overlord Tera, who has mastered that same power—now identified as Shinchōkon—and informs him that it is no longer monopolized by the Zamojin as it exists within all living beings.
With Majin Zarak held back by the army of toys, Scorponok hurries Mindwipe to place the Targetmasters-turned-bombs near the proton energy reservoir deep underground, getting Metroplex out of the way of the cave entrance by deploying Kickback clones to swarm him. By now Weirdwolf and the Decepticon Targetmasters have had enough and turn on their leader, and while Weirdwolf is defeated taking on Scorponok, the Targetmasters depart to try to reach the bombs in time, an act that is mirrored by their Autobot counterparts. Meanwhile, Alpha Trion and the Jumpstarters have made a plan of their own: by using Twin Twist's Drill Base to amplify Trion's repaired ultra-drill, they can banish Majin Zarak to another dimension without killing him and undoing his fated showdown with Lio Convoy. Scorponok is confident that his creation won't be pushed through the portal so easily, only for its engine room to be damaged by a team of Beastformers who snuck into Majin Zarak following its construction, allowing all Transformers in Akihabara the opportunity to pour their combined firepower at the beast. Majin Zarak is forced through to some unknown place and time and while the Beastformers, Skullcruncher and the Sweeps make their escape in time, Scorponok goes down with the ship, furiously screaming vengeance at Fortress.
The threat isn't over yet, however, as Mindwipe is still activating the Targetmaster explosives... but not out of his own free will, as Devil Z has revived in control of his body and intends to finish what Scorponok started! He is blasted out of Mindwipe by Slugslinger, but warns him that any attempt to meddle with the Targetmasters will cause them to detonate and, after a failed attempt at inviting Slugslinger to join him, retreats to a safe location to absorb the energy emitted from the Legends World's destruction. Slugslinger informs Megatron that there is only one way to prevent the Targetmasters from exploding: by killing them. He explains that while remodeled into bombs, they remain living beings, so if they die they won't detonate, but Megatron vetoes this suggestion and instead tells Alpha Trion to evacuate the entire population to the G1 World, leaving the Legends World to be destroyed rather than having to sacrifice any lives. Thanks to the Drill Base, portals are opened up across the world and everyone makes the journey thanks to their floating barriers or Transformers who turn into transports, and the employees of Axalon Trading Company go recover Optimus Primal before departing on a ship given to them by the Dimensional Patrol.
Megatron asks the Jumpstarters if they can recreate the Legends World in the future, and while they believe it difficult without proton energy and Zamojin assistance, they have faith that they can do it with the help of their leader, Dai Atlas. Meanwhile, all six Targetmasters have gathered at the bombs' location to act on an idea of Megatron's: simultaneously expelling all the plasma energy contained within their partners into the proton energy reservoir, which will still destroy the world but allows the Targetmaster partners to live. The plan succeeds, and all twelve of them successfully escape through a portal as the Legends World explodes behind them, though the shockwave sends the Axalon and crew off course. Rattrap awakens to find their ship crashed in a rocky landscape where he discovers the crystallized figures of White Leo and Tigerburn, seemingly frozen in battle with each other. He is greeted by the Monsterbots, with Repugnus claiming not to have seen him for a long time, and realizes he and his friends have ended up on the planet Beast.
